I've set up a poll for the mages asking if people wanted to change it. It's currently strongly-for changing, but I wasn't planning on asking Strife for a banner until there were either 7 votes for it (half the guild) or a few days had passed.

Unless every single mage who hasn't voted rejects the idea, it'll be approved. And considering it's unanimous, I'd say it's a go-ahead.
