...ahahaa you just spent your money on nooooothing >D -/irrational- Yeah see... I didn't actually GET paid anything XD And I'm still Supreme Awesome :3 Fear my tickery! EDIT: And my trickery >> ...so? You still hired them. That just means you had to pay them your OWN money XDXD The fact that you continue to assert this fact means that you are unsure of your own Supreme Awesomeness and so feel you must convince yourself of it by repetition. A true Supreme Awesome would not continually state it thus. edit: We are so not off-topic <__<

Something Rider forgot to mention is, while you can belong to more than one guild at a time, you can't join more than three of 'em at once. And there may be certain application requirments to the others...such as Ninjas, you can't be a pirate or a member of the pirate guild (and vice versa)
EDIT -- All righty. I just pwned the Ninja Guild board, but did so as a test. The password protected boards posts cannot be viewed by anyone that has not logged into the board itself. And once that's happened, it'll show up on 10 Most Recent, etc. But to see any of the posts, you have to log into the boards themselves.
EDIT EDIT -- And I've just found you can only be logged into one password protected board at any given time.

So to join a guild, we PM a mod too? I'm neutral and therefore won't join a guild for the moment, but I would like to know.

So to join a guild, we PM a mod too? I'm neutral and therefore won't join a guild for the moment, but I would like to know. There'll be more guilds coming in the future. But a lot of our discussion was based too much on theoretical, so we're doing beta-testing on these things and seeing how they work. Not necessarily a mod. Right now we're the only ones with a password, but when we actually set up how to go about applying for the guilds (and opening them to the general public), more details on how to enter will become available. If I were to make a guess, though, there'll be some dedicated guild members that can be contacted, etc.

I'm not too keen on the idea. I feel that some people will feel left out because guilds do that, I've noticed. In some you may have to have some sort of qualifications in order to get in (such as be published in the Neopian Times, have a certain amount of avatars etc etc) and I think it might cause a fair bit of tension and agro between guilds if we have them. This has also happened before and I think having guilds with only be worse with this problem. But anyway, if you've thought about these already then just ignore me, if you haven't then you may like to consider this. I understand it's still in beta mode so if doesn't work out then it doesn't work out. I hope the guilds DO turn out okay but you know, you've just got to think about the bad points sometimes and not just the good points.
I'm sorry if I've spoken out of turn but I just thought I'd put my two pennies in.
