Sponge quickly settles down into the comfy cushioning of the Chill Out Sofa, and a relaxed look crosses the sphere's face. Moments later all effects have been removed, and My Bob sparkles like he's just been polished. Doesn't taste like it, though. Stop gnawing on your Bob.

Miles stares warily at the dark patch but, under your watchful gaze, wriggles underneath. Before long the little sphere is paler than before.

Whilst not as bright as before, your Bob still emits a faint glow as it enters the darkness. When it emerges this is all but gone, and it looks more like someone drew a circle in red crayon than this little creature has very damaged skin. Sweet!

Fortunately there are no psychological effects this time, although My appears to have set up an evil HQ, complete with tied up heroes, in the dank space, and looks at it longingly as it's taken away again. Ah well.

C: It's on my list next to "Add alternative effects to the cures" and "Search for the key out onto the patio and garden already".

Blowing the dust from the book, Miles finds the title to be "How To Get Around And What A Tiny Spherical Creature Can Do When It Gets There". Catchy.

Upon reading the book something sparkles in Miles's eyes- adventure. Or perhaps hunger. Either way, the little Bob packs its bags, steals 20 Bits from you and vanishes out the door, leaving a note behind saying "Back in three days!" Woah. They can write.

Oh no! Already pale, this Bob has, from being in the dark patch for another period, lost all colour! Plus it’s started hearing voices telling it to set the Manor on fire, and shakes 24-7, but that’s beside the point. It’ll take some natural light to cure it, but of course this pale the Bob’s sure to sunburn, so the question is- leave Nick crazy and pale or let the little Bob suffer a bit to get it back to how it was? Or, of course, sun lotion. Ahem. Either way, don’t leave it alone with matches for a while.

Inside the capsule was- an arm! As sported by such famous Bob figures as the Oracle, Mr Moanehplees and Nurse Kouf. Why, with a set your Bob could do all sorts of things it’s been using its head or teeth for so far. Arms are particularly strange- they change for whatever Bob owns them, matching their colours. You could sell this arm to another Bob and it’d match their colour too.
