Welcome to Bob Manor, where these strange spherical creatures were first discovered. Cute and fairly bouncy, Bobs can be adopted by forumers and made their own, and what their forumer gets them to do (three actions a week, and some actions cost Bits, the currency of the house) will affect their development.
Bobs are released in batches as we (me and Huggsy) explore the huge manor, unlocking various rooms along the way with new things to do with your Bob. Batches, we expect, will be fairly small, as the little Bobs seem to roam in small groups only, and it's first come first serve.

BOB BASICS
1. When you first adopt your Bob it'll, as a "Thank you for adopting me" present, give you 250 Bits. Bits are the currency of Bob Mansion, and used to pay for things or replace things you use.
2. Bobs may perform three "actions" a week- usually the description of an item in a room will say whether it requires an action and/or bits to use. To have a Bob perform an action either post the “Post” bit underneath the item description, or say something similar and clear enough. You may only use one action a day.
3. To earn more Bits you must wait for special events when they'll be handed out, so don't go splurging- some items will cost money as well as an action.
4. Bobs don't need feeding or anything, and can be left to their own devices most of the time, but be nice to the poor little spheres and give them a hug or a cookie from time to time.
5. Actions, whilst generally doing the same thing to each Bob, may be more random than that, so be warned! What you think might make your Bob happy might actually end up with a completely different effect, and you're taking that risk when you get your Bob to do an action. Some items are more random than others. If you're unhappy, you can reset your Bob to how he started by a turn on the Chill Out Sofa, and cures for specific alterations are also available, although usually not as obvious- for example a tanned Bob who spends some time in the Gloomy Patch in the attic will pale, but there's the rare random risk that time in the Gloomy Patch will have... interesting effects on your Bob psychologically. Finally, if you simply want to remove clothing or items from your Bob, rather than an effect like tan or paleness, you can just take it off your Bob, although having a favourite hat taken might upset them for a little while.
These random effects are just that- completely random. There is no bias, a random number generator is used for it all.
6. To apply for a Bob, fill out this application, and hope someone else hasn't got to it first. Border Colour is the colour or colours of the box your Bob will come in- they're at risk in the wide forum otherwise D:
Applying For Bob Number:
Bob Name: ______ Bob
Border Colour(s): ______ (and an optional second colour, ______)
7. Injuries are a risk with certain activities. Whilst you may be able to make the pained expression leave, to heal an injury or sunburn properly you should see Nurse Kouf, in The Attic. Generally if a Bob is healed from the "pained" injury expression, its expression will restore to default- so if you watch the television, and then get injured, the television expression won't return when a cure is used.
BOB RULES
1. Only one per forumer, until further notice.
2. "Actions" do not roll over, and reset every Monday, 8am GMT.
3. As stated in Bob Basics, some actions have random effects, and you're taking the risk of getting them when you command a Bob to do the action. Some risks are obvious, some are not.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Can we sell/trade our item with another Bob?
You certainly can- just PM that owner, or post a message here if you want, and you're free to trade things around. Just make sure I find out about it ^__^;;
Can we use the computer games without access of the computer?
Yep. :3 I won't explain how though until someone tries it though.
Are there any secrets the Oracle can reveal besides future happenings?
On an off day, when the futures are shrouded in a dark, ominous fog, or he's just got a headache, he might hint towards some of the more rare special effects certain actions can have.
