News-Gaelasin Batch #1 has been released!
-Jewelry added to the store. ^_^ Rauqil batch #1 is in the works.
About the CreaturesThis will be added to as more creatures are released!
GaelasGaelasin are small animals, about the size of cats. They are not sentient, but they are intelligent and friendly. They are very social, often forming packs of four to eight gaelasin. They come in a wide range of colors.
Wild gaelasin are sometimes born with mutations - such as longer fur, lack of a mane, or wings. Mutations can be induced as well by various magical items. However, don't worry; the process is painless and the gaelasin don't mind at all. Also, tame gaelasin can be given jewelry, but because they don't have the capabilities of sentient beings, jewelry is never found on wild gaelasin.
How It WorksAdoptingAdopting is simple. Simply post and request the creature you want. =3 Right now, only one creature per person is allowed; later on, I'll open it up. Only one creature per batch per person, though. The first creature comes with 300 rika - later adoptions might either add or subtract from your rika total.
Clans and PacksThree Rauqil can form a clan, and four Gaelasin can form a pack.
Clans are tightly organized groups. One of the founding Rauqil must be a Leader, but the other two do not have to be trained yet. The five ranks your Rauqil can take are Leader, Healer, Warrior, Seer, and Tracker. A trained Rauqil is designated by a tattoo on its hind leg. Also, Rauqil in a clan are designated by a tattoo on their ears and face.
Your Rauqil can form a clan not only among themselves, but with Rauqil belonging to other people. The maxmium number of Rauqil in any clan is ten.
Clan ranking tattoos:
Gaelasin packs are simpler. Up to twelve gaelasin can be in a pack. A pack's members do not necessarily have to have the same owner. If you want to start a pack, first make sure that you have four gaelasin that can join, whether they are yours or somebody else's.
BreedingTwo creatures of the same species and opposite gender can breed. Gaelasin typically have a litter, while Rauqil usually only give birth to two or three. The owner(s) of the parents will get the first pick of two (one of the offspring for each one of the parents); then the litter will be released in a batch to the general public.
Gaelasin kittens always belong to their mother's pack; if she is not in a pack and their father is, they will belong to his. The same goes for Rauqil cubs.
ShivuezShivuez Clouds Market is an online creature-adoption forum. Members earn "gems" and use them to buy and sell creatures, which the adopters put up on their websites.
I'll be selling most of the same creatures there as I am here, with a few differences in how things are set up. All of the creatures sold there will be different than the ones adopted out here - hence the "n" on the end of all creatures' IDs, for NTWF.
If you want to join Shivuez, click the link above, sign up and buy some pets of your own! ^_^ If you end up doing so and adopting my creatures from both places, there's some things to remember:
-Shivuez creatures cannot be in packs or clans with NTWF creatures. They also cannot interbreed.
-Korayen will never be sold here, and Starfliers will never be sold there.
-Special events will be held here to win limited edition creatures; also, limited-edition creatures will be auctioned at Shivuez.
-NTWF pets don't have to be showcased anywhere (though you're encouraged to!) but Shivuez pets must be put up on a website.
