All the good adoptables are closed because the people that make 'em are too lazy to make more. Whu-hoah, easy there. Remember that the people that make 'em are just that -- people. They have lives and can be busy just like anyone else. Some of them have even moved on from the NTWF, and no one can blame them for that. It's not like they're getting paid to make things for us, like artists for most organized sites would. Just keep in mind that the creators of these threads made no promises that they would keep them running for the rest of their lives. They'd probably go crazy. And having random crazy scribblings in your signature line isn't nearly as cool as looking back on the pretty drawings that may have stopped being updated. If they were, then more people would make adoptable threads for random crazy scribblings. >.> ... Besides, I happen to know of at least four cool adoptable threads that are still up and running -- including the Marvirs, who were the first adoptable thread on this board. :3 |
