Hello. I have recently made an Adoptables Webpage, full of all of my adoptables and hatched eggs. If your signature is full, this is once of the choices, besides Belle's ideas! 
Check them out too, by the way. But yet another idea is to make a webpage. There are pros to a webpage. You can write little stories and descriptions, long ones, of your adoptables. And that is just what I have done, and I am encouraging you all to do the same! If anyone else makes an adoptables page, I will link to you at the bottom of my own page. We can then have a chain of adoptable families.
