The Royal Draik. Personally, I was waiting for it for a long time, and I'm pleased with the outcome. However, it's not perfect. Points to it for not being predictable, but sometimes predictable is good!
My specific anticipations were, "ZOMG MEDIEVAL-KNIGHT-FIGHTER-BLADESINGER-ELF-DRAGONZZZ!!!!11", but this was nice. I especially like the fire in the ranged attack. But I need to know, how did YOU guys feel about it?
I know it's kind of late to react about it, but I just recalled that I wanted to do this with you guys. _____________________________________________________________
EDIT: Oh, and if you pick other, tell what you wanted it to look like.

I love it. I'm saving all my NP to turn Jo into one (though we're using the Lab Ray in hopes of not having to morph her into a Draik)
The Draik and the Mynci are my favorite Royals of all. Closely followed by the Royal Lupess.

This thread needs pictures.... >.> That's better ^^ Hrm *examines* Apart from the odd poses (now why are they walking in air? o.o) I do think that the Arabian style is the best. Sure, they come from Meridell but we really have plenty of those medieval-Europe royal pets already, like the Ixi and Usul. TNT has apparently tried with different cultures with Royal pets recently and I say they should keep it up. Or else we'll be swimming in medieval fancypants in a little while... *brick'd* I just like variety. 'Sides, Draiks are dragons and that Arabian exotic style isn't too far from those either.

All Draiks are like that: They're balancing on their tails, like a Blumaroo. It just looks a little funny on anthro-ized pets. And even if they're not, they could be floating, I guess... they DO have wings. *had never thought about that before* Anyway, I like it! A nice twist from the norm. ^_^

I've always liked the Royal Draiks. Actually, I hadn't even noticed their Arabian style until you mentioned it!

The only thing the Royal Draiks need is... More gold! Dude, they're royalty, man! Let's see some of the treasures of the Arabian Nights! They've got long tails... All the better to bedeck with rings! Some of the Desert pets are richer than they are!

The royal Draiks add a little uniqueness to the royal menagerie. Yes, I agree, we can't have all medieval Europe-ish or else people will get tired of it. And from there, the Greek royal Korbats and Chinese royal Myncis came out...
I like them, personally. Maybe I'll morph Angel into a male royal Draik if I have the moolah.

I always loved Royal Draiks. In fact, one of my goals used to be 'get RoyalGirl Draik'. I love the design.

Yeah, most of these 'Royal Pets' need to look a little more royal.

[glow=brown,2,300]I love it.
They're original, but still look like royalty. They're a refreshing change from the regular, Meridellian royal pets. The royalgirl one is probably one of my favorite royal pets.
No, they are not the best pet TNT has done, but they shouldn't change them, either. Keep them the way they are. TNT doesn't usually change pets unless they're old and need makeovers, anyway. x3[/glow]

The best thing a love about the royal colors is that you can tell who's a girl and who's a boy without looking at the gender on his or her lookup! I judge royal pet by how easy it is tell a boy from girl! If it's too hard to see that, then they're not the best royal pets. Either they get an A or a D ranking from me, no middle man and the royal Draiks get an 'A'!
