Making Its Mark by o_apollo_o - Aww. I feel all warm and fuzzy. I love articles that give readers a glimpse into the life of an NT journalist. This certainly did that. Except for all the dung grossness. That's not my thing. ANYWAY, I really liked this, is was perfect for issue 250.

I would highly appreciate reviews for my second short story, "Patience." I think it's much better than "Tales of a Petpet Campfire," and it even earned me this special congratulatory Neomail: Congratulations! You have won a Neopian Times White Weewoo Plushie and the NT Writer avatar for your entry in the 250th issue of the Neopian Times. Weeeeewooooo! Anyways, I'm busy this weekend, but I'll try to get in some reviews tomorrow, providing I don't get bad weather that shuts down the computer.  Also, a list of NTWF publishings would be really, really, really nice and helpful since I'm not familiar with all the members here. |

I have to laugh, because my story, "Patience," is about Whack-a-Kass.
What was the game of the day? Yup, you guessed it: Whack-a-Kass.
Now, I wonder, was that intentional or merely coincidental...?

The joke was mildly amusing. Thanks for the review! ^-^ COMIC REVIEWSDon't Blame ME {choclated} You know, I had always loved your comics. I remember viewing them long before I had ever started writing for the Times myself. I'm glad you made another. I love your art and I especially like the first panel. A Gnawing Curiosity by literalluau - This was perfectly delightful! I'm amazed you could give such a great representation of the NTWF! The coffee shop feel, the awkwardness of the newbie, and talking to all the writers was a great way to show everyone what the NT community is like. Amazing job, Luau!

Sutek Muffin - This was the first comic that got a real laugh out loud from me this week! You had me so puzzled for all those dancing panels. I was like, "why is he/she dancing?" THEN I got it. The sad thing is, that comic is two years old. xD The first time, it got rejected because it originally had song lyrics in it (the joke was different, too), then I modded it for Issue 200, as sort of my final huzzah, but it didn't get in in time (too many submissions), so luckily two issues ago, I noticed it was at issue 248... so I changed 200 to 250, and there you go. |

That is SOOO something that bothers me. "Fishes" is just NOT a word! Oh, and I totally did the trumpet sound in my mind. You know, "dun, dun Dun DUUUUN!" . . . yeah.
"Let’s first talk about all of these gnomes that seem to have existed since the beginning of time."
*puts on old lady voice* Please, child, gnomes is new little critters! Why, I remember when neohomes didn't exist, much less neogardens and their little gnomes! *end old lady voice* Sorry, just had to get that out of my system.
Overall, that was one seriously random article! It was amusing at points, but overall I think it would have benefitted from a better structure and clearer objective.

Influential Ideas by tdyans - Wow, I thought I know a lot about the NT's history! Obviously not. This was great, I didn't know most of that. I had heard of Rosemadder before, but never knew her name came from an NT writer. This is just further proof that NT writers rule Neopia.
