A quiz type article? This reminded me of nothing so much as one of those “are you more like A, B, or C” quizzes you’ll find on people’s petpages sometimes. Not really informative and hard a hard time holding my attention, mostly because I had to keep remembering if I had answered B twice or C twice.

A game guide. Short but with a lot of information. The stuff about the different effects of the things other than the statues was very interesting, but I personally would have preferred more depth into good strategies for a higher score added as well. Since it is a newer game, I’m sure a lot of people will find it helpful though.

Another game guide… for I game I’m really bad at. *grin* This guide had a lot of information that is really helpful. My only real complaint is the line after line of NOTE’s adding more information. I think this could have been done in a smoother way that wasn’t quite so intrusive.

Game Guide number three. For another game I’m bad at. I’m such an abysmal flash gamer. Lots of good advice for the game. The one thing that really bothers me is “I will not go into great detail with these bonuses, as you might recall an article a few issues back in the Neopian Times that describes them for you; if you have a spare few minutes, head on over to the archives and have a read.” If you’re not going to cover that aspect of the game, then why bring it up? Or at the very least, give the name and issue number so people actually CAN look it up.

Faerieland is falling down, falling down, falling down… Okay, I’ll stop. “Author's note: this article will be written like an essay: if it bores you, you have been warned.” Yey! Finally something written in essay format! I think we’ve discovered the reason there’s so many list styles and game guides. People think everything else would be automatically boring. And the idea of Mr. Chipper (though the argument that he’s the only one of his kind doesn’t hold water anymore) being this agent of evil out to destroy cities is funny.
Far Out Gross Out by blackcairn
A very cute article about the theorized differences in the Gross foods and how to categorize them; the invertebrate part made me grin. Nice and long, with a dry touch of humor. The Alien Aisha vending machine was a nice touch.

A very spidery game guide. A good game overview if you’ve never played it before, but doesn’t really go into the more advanced tips and tricks. A nice covering of the game levels up to the eighth. I’m not sure if that is just where the new things end, or if that’s the last one.
Are You Tired of Having a Shop That's ALWAYS Full? by kt2kool109
While having a full shop isn’t really a problem of mine, I think it’s happened once, that’s more to do with the fact that I’m a lousy restocker than anything else. Not a lot of detail, but a good overview of shop manners. Having legible prices is a good thing. I do wish there was a mention of not having music in your shops, but that’s probably my own pet peeve. The general overview of good things that sell quickly is good too.

This list article seems to be more of a 10 key pranks to play than 10 key items… but still cute nonetheless. “… a transmogrification potion.
