Meh. Maybe. It's not as obvious as some thefts though. It's a pretty widely used joke, the Simpsons used a similar one but with a sour sweet. |

The bad thing is that the person behind the comic is a trophy collector with loads of them. Enormous time spent on Neopets and a copied comic could get them frozen. D: |

It probably bugs me mostly because they used the exact same wording at the end except for the three extra question marks. >_> |

(they probably only wanted the trophy and came up with a quick comic fix) buuut, since I don't know them, I can't judge them, and don't know if they did actually intentionally plagiarise. |
