^^; .. But it's fun. And it'll be interesting to learn both the eastern and western styles. I contest that. I'm not crazy, just talented at last minute work. Otherwise I value my sanity. I thought you were gonna finish up the whole taekwondo thing or something. XD They didn't have TKD here. xD .. So kendo it was. EDIT:: Like, so the 'bloids blew itself up sometime back and killed every single post and left this one standing. And apparently now I can change the title. How fun. If it helps, I've done TKD as well. xD .. I actually find kendo more taxing than TKD, since you have to wear the armour and all. Both have their pros and cons. And really, TKD isn't exactly really useful for self-defense either, it's more of a sports-type martial art. But it's good since it's easy to pick up. If you want something that's really good for self-defense, I'd reccomend jujitsu or akido. Anyway, I do martial arts more for the discipline involved. ^^; Or you could, y'know, carry a snub nosed pistol and wear a bullet-proof vest. Preferably over a snazzy suit xD |
