Crazy Americans >> Over here seven hours of a car drive takes you through two countries. *ponders developing a disease that would give all of you an unresistable urge to come and visit a small postsoviet country which is still loaded with commies, russians and otherwise crazy people* I know. XD Here it takes you through... one state and a tiny part of two others. o__o Same thing. All three of the Baltic states are more or less the size of Massachusetts. When I went to Lithuania some years ago, it took us three days. And we visited two countries in that time. Who'd want to live in an insanely huge country anyway? *stared at*

August it is then XD Yup, I'm trusted to wander the streets of Chicago on my own, if I can do it when I was 7 - 11, I can do it now when I'm 14. Plus I know a whole list of great resturaunts in the South Side, Pizza Capri, Dixi Kitchen, all good ^_^ Chicago's where I grew up. I know it well ^_^ So this is really going ahead? Somebody make a board in Forum events in that case =P May as well start planning, I suppose. ^^ I might not be able to come, but I might be able to. Not sure. It depends on what happens between now and next summer... which other meetups are being planned... etcetera. Okedoke...I'll get on the line with my Aunt, see what I can do for travel arrangements ^_^ Also, we've got plenty of Options to do this...it'll be easier to plan if it's around the Museum of Science and Industry, the nearby beach, some of the parks at Lab School and William H. Ray, and the Robie House, places to eat dotted about...sounds really doable ^_^

Mmkay. ^_^ That works. And you know the area. I'm... six or seven hours away by car. XD Hey, it could still work... Crazy Americans >> Over here seven hours of a car drive takes you through two countries. *ponders developing a disease that would give all of you an unresistable urge to come and visit a small postsoviet country which is still loaded with commies, russians and otherwise crazy people* Hunty...that just sounds like the perfect place for me @____@ Throw in a couple of abandoned Missile Silos, and I'm in.

XD I live with parents who don't even want me on the NTWF. . . there is no way in heck that they're going to let me even go to a meetup at our local library. Or maybe they would. . . if I said it was a book club. . . .

I dunno. XD The USA is kind of a crazy country anyway, yanno... so. >.> No kidding. *nod* If this one war had gone the other way, the state I live in might be an independent country and instead of speaking English we'd all speak French or a Native American dialect. That's what my US History teacher was saying the other day, anyway...
