Stop. Don't write this article. Do we REALLY must kill Chet Flash once and for all? *remembers the A to Z article that explained Chet Flash*  I guess it doesn't matter anymore, right? It's no longer the NTWF's little secret, so nevermind this post and write your article anyway, you've got some funny theories here. *Suddenly feels very nostalgic at the mention of Shankly* Sorry, but I can't help but associate him with my best times in neopets and the NT... The goal was to create a character that would come up casually in conversation here and there. Chet Flash has no form, no identity, no personality - beyond being simply Chet Flash.
