Ummm... *pokes title*
I have discovered that I cannot draw Lupes for the life of me. =b
This drawing came about because I was thinking about all of the stuff related to the Meridell plots, and how Lisha and her friends are always shown wearing their school uniforms, although they probably would have switched to more conventional Meridell-style clothing soon after their arrival. So I drew them with some. Then I thought, hey, Jeran is Lisha's sister, so I might as well add him, and then because he was there, I had to add Illusen because she's one of the most powerful citizens of Meridell, so it just kind of became a general Heroes of Meridell picture (and in using that phrase I refer not to the first plot, but to those brave main characters who fought to defend the fair land).
I also needed to throw some questions out there. First of all, is it okay to make separate topics for each piece of art you post, unless it belongs together like pages of a comic you're working on, or do you have to keep all of your art in a single thread? I like making separate topics, because first of all I'm not fond of multi-page topics with hundreds of posts, and I seem to get more comments with separate topics (shallow, I know, but I loooove getting comments). If that's not okay, then I'll just delete this topic and post the work on my first topic.
Also, what is considered postable-quality art? I know some places that don't allow sketches, but I try to be really selective with my art and only post the things that I think are worthy of being viewed and commented on, even if I'm never planning to ink or color it. So I guess what I'm saying is, are plain sketches okay as long as they show considerable effort?
