Hey, this is Belle, dropping by from an extra-long hiatus. ;D I just .wanted to ask on what day is it ideal to send in pieces for the NT. See, I submitted TWO pieces (one article and one short story) the other day. Just now, I have received the "too many good entries. Please resubmit next week..." Neomail for both submissions. I thought I submitted at just the right time (sometime after the new issue came out) I guess I was wrong. ^^'
Going back to my question, when should I resubmit? *scratches head* I'm just a little bit confused.

Yeah, 'tis best to submit a little bit before the new NT comes out.

Ehm. I guess things are different now with the new submission form. This is the result for not being online for so long (or, at least, not posting - and reading!).

Eep, Thursday?! Darn, I just re-sent my series in today. It's alright. But don't be surprised if you get one of those icky neomails.

I suppose this looks like it might be a good place to ask this, now that I've found it, and beg forgiveness if it winds up being a newbie mistake on my part.
I submitted a story... er... probably a couple months ago by now, using the submission form. I never received a Neomail in response at all, but haven't been able to resubmit (except once by sending a slightly edited version under a slightly different title) because I get an error message about a story by that title already existing.
I thought that perhaps this was a way to avoid being spammed by resubmissions or multiple submissions, but since people are making recent posts here that indicate they get rejection notices... should I be sending in a bug report, resubmitting by email, or simply not bothering Snowflake any further?

I reccomend sending the story in again through the submission form with a slightly different title (you don't hafta edit the actual story though). You can note in the comments box what you would like the real title to be.

I think Thursday is fine. Argh. No wonder I got three rejections at once.

Thursday? If I send it at school on Thursday, at break (10:35 am) it'll be 02:35 NST! Hehehe, headstarts are both evil and lovely...
