It's said why not green. After he(the neopets) saw the cream cookie on the dung furniture, he turns green because he is sick. If he was already green, then nothing will change, and we wont be able to know that he is sick.

hippiesoul! I'll have you know that I know how it was spelled! I was just writing as though I pronounce r's as l's. It probably would have worked better if I had used more words with r's in them. Oh well, who cares?
