I have never done a poll before, so that is why you see one above this. What fun! What am i talking about? Very well, I shall show you.

Wait a bit for it to load. This is a pic of my fav card character, Wesley Clearheart. The quality isn't brilliant - i uploaded it as .gif - but it's not too much worse than the actual pic.

Overall, it's a good picture, but not without flaws.

There's a lot of dead area. A great proportion of the space is just the donna-darned deck, which to be honest, is monotonous and boring to look at. It would be much improved if through some magical process you could put more proportion of the space on the characters which are being depicted. That isn't exactly easy without redoing the whole picture I realize.

It's a good picture, and I think it definitely has a chance, but I think it would have a better chance if you could cut and just show the upper part of the shoyru. It's the best part of the picture, and would remove a lot of the dead space.

I also feel it could use more detail/airbrushing, but loads of airbrushing is my eye-candy, so I would recommend having another person second this opinion before you act on this paticular comment.

Part of the reason the deck looks so bad/boring is that it has such straight, parralel, and crude lines. You could try to make it more detailed, imperfect, and subtle, but the easiest soulution would probably to cut it.

I agree with Sara, though, that it could have been condensed a little more. I think that it has a great chance, but if it had been slightly more condensed it would have been more pleasing, I guess.

I still love it, though!

Yes, the background really bothered me. I rarely do backgrounds, and as i was doing this one i realised it looked a lot better without the background. Originally the picture was a lot smaller, but i expanded it on the comp.

I'm reluctant to cut any of the shoyru, but i can always play with it and see how it looks.

Are you kidding? That is stupendous! I see zilch blank space. That is wonderful! Anyone who can't see that is .......well, I can't think of a word. But, it's your satisfaction that counts most felaaba. Actually, for an example, I could go into a Ben Franklin story, but I won't.

Yes, there's still quite a bit, but it has been much improved. Did you use layers to remove the dead space? If so, I think more of it would be nice.

Spectrum, it's not BLANK space, it's DEAD space. Felabba probably improved it before you saw it, but before the improvement you would have known what we were talking about.

Well, if I'm right, it must've been alot off to the side, according to my imagination. You know, I just love messing things up.

I like it, especially the Krawk.
I'm fond of that kind of cel-y shading so I dont really see the need for airbrushing (but I do think the scorchio could be made to look less 2d).
Umm.. as for dead space, I tried mentally cropping it and it looked too crowded. Maybe you could try drawing a petpet or something and adding it between the krawk (which is spiffy by the way) and the shoyru.

(Did I mention I think the Krawk is neat? That's a neat Krawk!)
