Give me your favorite songs people. And I'm not talking something you hum when your trying to block out your parents. I'm talking shower singing, head banging, singing in your car along with the radio because you don't give a darn who hears songs.
Yeah... give me that.
*Bangs head and screams to The Used*
Today I fell and it felt better, Just knowing this matters, I just feel stronger and sharper. Found a box of sharp objects what a beautiful thing!

Eheh, mine would really have to be Good Charlotte's Bloody Valentine. It's not my favorite song, but it's all I sing in the shower and everything, besides some nothing songs I wrote. Oh, my love Please don't cry I'll wash my bloody hands and We'll start a new life I ripped out His throat And called you on the telephone To take off My disguise Just in time to hear you cry when you... You mourn the death of your bloody valentine The night he died You mourn the death of your bloody valentine One last time Singin'... Oh, my love Please don't cry I'll wash my bloody hands and We'll start a new life I don't know much at all I don't know wrong from right All I know is that I love you tonight There was Police and Flashing lights The rain came down so hard that night and the Headlines read A lover died No tell-tale heart was left to find when you... You mourn the death of your bloody valentine The night he died You mourn the death of your bloody valentine One last time Singin'... Oh, my love Please don't cry I'll wash my bloody hands and We'll start a new life I don't know much at all I don't know wrong from right All I know is that I love you tonight Tonight He dropped you off, I followed him home Then I, I stood outside his bedroom window Standing over him, he begged me not to do What I knew I had to do cause I'm so in love with you Oh, my love Please don't cry I'll wash my bloody hands and We'll start a new life I don't know much at all I don't know wrong from right All I know is that I love you tonight Tonight
Holy @!#% I love that song...

Whatever I happen to be listening to at the time. Today I was singing along to Savage Garden and Evanescence. Creed is also a big favourite too.

Eheh, mine would really have to be Good Charlotte's Bloody Valentine. It's not my favorite song, but it's all I sing in the shower and everything, besides some nothing songs I wrote. I LOVE GC! Good song, but I don't sing it constantly. No. All of my friends sing "The Anthem" like it's the only song ever written...sheesh...again, good song, I sing it from time to time, but there are others that are better. Hm...I sing a lot of their songs in the shower. I think my fave, though, is the Young and the Hopeless: Hard days made me, hard nights shaped me I don't know they somehow shaped me And I know I'm making something Out of this life they call nothing
I take what I want, take what I need They say it's wrong but it's right for me I won't look down, won't say I'm sorry I know only God can judge me
And if I make it through the day Will tomorrow be the same? Am I just running in place? And if I stumble and I fall? Should I get up and carry on? Or will it all just be the same?
Cause I'm young and I'm hopeless I'm lost and I know this I'm going nowhere fast that's what they say I'm troublesome, I've fallen I'm angry at my father It's me against this world and I don't care I don't careBut I think the best verse EVER comes next...they just sing it with so much passion, and it's just cool: No one in this industry Understands the life I lead When I sing about my past It's not a gimmick, not an act
These critics and these trust fund kids Try to tell me what punk is But when I see them on the street they got nothing to SAY!Yeah...I also sing "Hold On" a lot. I won't post the words as this post is already long enough. And plus the words do no good. You HAVE to listen to the song. The music is just so inspirational.

I like The Anthem, but I love Riot Girl and Emotionless. Lol, me and my best friend made up this. She's at sleepaway camp, and I would write to her: "Hey Tal... I'm writing to you... not to tell you, that I still hate you... just to ask you how you feel..." and she would write back "I ripped out his throat..." and the funny thing is that we're best friends... so why would I hate her ^^?

Lately I've been listening to a lot of Greenday. For some reason I can't get this song out of my head.
Dunet... dunet... dunet, dunet, dunet... I'm having trouble trying to sleep...

LOL! Riot Girl is cool...my friend, who actually got me interested in GC, well, her name is Christina. And she is just like the song. When she's PO, slowly walk away...a riot will soon follow ;D But it is kind of stupid when they go "Oh, oh, oh, don't you know that all I really want is you!" It just sounds like boy band to the max. Ick!

One of my friends at school is VERY into Good Charlotte, but I've never heard their songs...well, only when she's sung them, but I don't think that really counts....

They are punk rock, but they are a little different then most people imagine. Yeah...I'll try to find a site with a clip. EDIT: No luck...but they are going to be on SNL tomorrow night! WATCH IT! ;D

I love all different styles, and I like a lot of songs within those syles, so I can't really say. Umm...let's see...here are a couple of my favorites.
Paperback Writer--Beatles By Heart--Point of Grace Bohemian Rhapsody--Queen For the Beauty of the Earth--John Rutter Song of Love--Rebecca St. James Nacht Und Traume--Franz Schubert Dancing Queen--Abba
There are millions more; those are just a few of the songs I like.

Bright Eyes by Art Garfunkel, which was used on the soundtrack for Watership Down. Just one of many songs I found.
Lyrics below
Is it a kind of dream, Floating out on the tide? Following the river of death downstream, or is it a dream? There's a fog along the horizon. A strange glow in the sky. And nobody seems to know where you go and what does it mean. Or is it a dream?
Bright Eyes, burning like fire. Bright Eyes, how can you close and fail? How can the light the burned so brightly, suddenly burn so pale? Bright Eyes.
Is it a kind of shadow? Reaching into the night? Wandering over the hills unseen, or is it a dream? There's a high wind in the trees. A cold sound in the air. And nobody ever knows when you go, and where do you start. Oh, into the dark.
Bright Eyes, burning like fire. Bright Eyes, how can you close and fail? How can the light the burned so brightly, suddenly burn so pale? Bright Eyes.
Bright Eyes, burning like fire. Bright Eyes, how can you close and fail? How can the light the burned so brightly, suddenly burn so pale? Bright Eyes.
