They are filming the third Harry Potter movie right down my road, they manage to tell the rest of the town and not me.

I wouldn't go if I were you, anyway. Those movies are awful. I wouldn't call them AWFUL. I mean, sure they don't capture the book as good as possible, but they aren't AWFUL. Or is it the book you hate including the movie? /me thinks harry potter rocks

Or is it the book you hate including the movie? /me thinks harry potter rocks No, I LOVE the books...but...well, the movies--comparatively--are awful. Don't get me started. By themselves--without the books--the movies aren't that bad, but there's just no comparison between the books and the movies. The movies have an entirely different tone, and...well, I won't go into details.

No, I LOVE the books...but...well, the movies--comparatively--are awful. Don't get me started. For the books that are made into movies, the books are loads better... It almost always happens. Personally, I like the books better...the movies are okay... Arg! When is Order of the Pheonix going to come out! It's been delayed for so long!

Agreed, the books were better, but I wanted badly to be casted as Cho Chang. Fly to the UK and get away from all the crap around right now.

Feh, you couldn't trust me near the filming of that movie. I'd run up to the director and start being him, screaming "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONNNEEE?!".
I'm mad, the third movie is going to be just odd. No quidditch in the movie (and if there is, Oliver Wood won't be in it) and the actors for Sirius and Lupin arn't the best...e_e
The movies have wonderful special effects, costumes and scenery, btu they are more of a collection of scene from the book then the acutal movie put together...
Ahh well, 96 more days. I'm content! ^__^

Earlier in the casting they wanted british people only. They might have laxed the standards, but prolly not...e_e Besides, Cho Chang smells like poopie! >P

I can fake a british accent! Wait, I am British ^^ I agree, accents can't be faked. The english peoples on Buffy wind me up, because they sound so dodgy You'd hafta pay me alot to help slaughter one of the greatest books ever written

I personally would like to be in the fourth movie (Goblet of Fire)...there were Americans at the Quidditch World Cup!
And I don't believe that only British were allowed at Hogwarts.

My mates are going down to see if they need extras. I might tag along, but I doubt theyll need us becauseit will obviously be a scene at the Durlseys so they wont need any students.
