Sadly, I don't have much advice to give...I forgot what we did when that happened to us. I know a lot about how to use a computer, but not much about repair (hey, if they hire people to repair them for you, why should I have to worry?). Hopefully it will all be fixed before you go ballistic. That's all I can say...sorry

MY copmuter used to be like that.... and I couldn't fix it... but then my hard drive crashe,d nad now it's all better ;D But now weird things happen like I can't scroll down text boxes, and the scroll bar doesn't change colors when I go on a page where the scroll bar is supposed to be different colors.

Keyboards are cheap. If your keyboard goes haywire (and I'm not sure that is what's happening as usually keys go bad one by one, either by not working or producing trash) it's time for scrapping, and paying $7 or less for a new one.
But if it's a case of capitals (not caused by the caps lock key) and enlarged text, I don't think your keyboard is to blame. Maybe you triggered some software setting. Try rebooting the computer.
I usually do boost the font size at this forum, and the writing is just so darn tiny here...
