remember.. you can only report a scammer shop if they have a shop contest, items that lead up to a fake login page.. or somehow try to get your password. changing the price of objects isn't a scam anymore, as neopets put in a prompt when it happens.
as for the 1np dubloons.. chances are someone bought it before you got there, they didn't lie

She said that she saw a person sell something for 1NP.
When you do see that, you should refresh the page, just in case. T'was what I did when I saw a potion for my poor Neopet one day...
