WHERE can I find Neopets background!?

I looked in EVERY Neopets help site, no of them have neopets background! I really need one for Killiry(my Wocky)'s pet page! ;_;
I know they are background in neopets, but no one do......
Please!!!!! ;_;

I think the Neopets officals got mad becuase of character copyrighting... they had to take them off.
