There was a time when I probably would have gotten the war joke right away.... My sister and I used to play that game endlessly...

There was a time when I probably would have gotten the war joke right away.... My sister and I used to play that game endlessly... Me and my brother did the same thing when were young. We thougth it was the coolest game, we played it a ton... Then we found out about this thing called "Strategy." Suddenly, the game didn't seem so cool. Luckily, it took us a while to figure out what strategy was...

OK, not only was Neopia's Troubles not that funny, but there was something weird at the end: Note: I already have a Hand Panted Scarab so don't bother getting me one. Who actually was thinking of giving her one? Sheesh, that's sort of being full of herself...

Wait, can't you make your next card turn into a face card if you concentrate hard enough and flip it over really fast?

The News brief this week was great! Nice job Mr. Pickles. Maybe they should make the link bigger so more people can see it. I enjoyed the article about the News briefs too. Does anyone plan on doing article reviews? I'm interested in seeing. ^___^

But I consider that more of a technique than a strategy... Of course, I never mastered that, but I did learn to make him think it was a face card by logical deduction (a.ka. "IT'S A FACE CARD-- SEE!).

Okay! It's the time that you've all been waiting for! Sunny's super-dee-dooper short story reviews! ;D Okay, let's get started... Life as a Baby: I dunno... Yeah, it was cute and pretty well-written, but the baby thing has been done so many times before... It's getting pretty old. The Beginning Of The Flames: Pretty good, a little confusing here and there, but overall I liked it. Boldheart: Starless Nights: You gotta love that logo picture, and you just gotta love Droak. As usual, the "BoldHeart" story of the week was well-done, exciting and fun. Nice work! A Visit to Cockroach Towers: Pretty cute. A little boring here and there, but I did enjoy it overall. Elephante's Quest: Zany! A very fun read. It really puts a smile on your face... Actually, it's kind of similar to my new series, "The Quest For The Golden Can Opener" --In a sense that they're both very funny. At least, I hope mine is considered funny... How Jelly World Was Created: Very good! Nice and original. I loved it! ;D The Lucky Fighter: I didn;t really like it. It was pretty boring and cliched, and the characters weren't really developed... Sorry. The Manicure at Mutant High: Not bad... Pretty cute and funny, but it couldve used some editing. Of course, I'm one to talk. Neopian Mix-ups: Kind of confusing and tedious, I often got "mixed up" in the plot. Jhudora's New Slave: Is it just me, or was there something weird with the descripotion? Anyway, it was quite good and well-written, and I would definitly reccomend it. The Petpet Zoo: LOL! I loved it! It was very, very funny and excellently written. I completely agree with Hexxxie on the issue of zoos, they are evil. I would definitly read it. The Case of the Royal Neopian: Good, as usual. I like the way that it was narrated by Li. Shelly and the Glamour Neggs: Zap! That was dignity being taken away. Oh well, at least there were NO TYPOS! ;D And the picture of Mordegan is uber-spiffy. Thanks, art staff!

For some reason, I really felt strange while browsing through this week's comics. They just don't feel homely anymore. There's too many one-timers, and there's too many running serieses and similar comics (in art).
Not to say that I don't enjoy them still, but they just felt like they were missing something this week. (Oh wait, I remember now...Bucky wasn't in this week!---hehe, j/k)

Simsman24000's Article Reviews! Heroes of Neopia: Sir Fufon Lui Very funny! Seemed like a short story/article, but I liked it all the same! I'd like to see a story about Sir Fufon Lui... Forgotten Faeries I didn't enjoy this as much as I thought I would...It was a bit bland and confusing. I also wouldn't call them "Forgotten." It's A Gelert Eat Gelert World Out There LOL! LOLOLOLOLOLOL! I loved this article! At first, I didn't understand what pirates had to do with anything......then I read It's So Evil Being Green Loved it! Eew...I hate the color green A Guide To Winning Trophies 2 Not to sound rude, but it might help if you gave a strategy, as mentioned before by you! You just said what the things are! Also, I'd like to see this written by someone who's actually won more trophies than just flash games... How To Get Into The Neopian Times (Article) Very helpful. Although we have enough in the Times as it is, I believe...or not Jelly: A Yummy Wobbly Treat or a Growing Menace? Meh. Neomail Etiquette III Very funny! Will finish tomorrow!

Congrats, Stone! ...or were you being sarcastic? No matter! *hugs Stone* Also, congrats TK. I also hit the big 4-0 this week, but I got two submissions in so I'm at 41x. Well, my User Look-up says 40 but I've still have that extra X on my trophy from the mess-up last week... it's annoying in a way-- I WANT THE CORRECT NUMBER DANGNABBIT!
