True, but I am a fan of your work as well. Which ones have you read?

Which ones have you read? Freaky foods, good intentions, the rejection article was funny , and the snowflake article was cute too.

Freaky foods, good intentions, the rejection article was funny , and the snowflake article was cute too. My personal favorite is the series, "Through Another's Eyes." My second favorite (and the one I seemed to get the biggest response to) was "Vullard's Eye View". They're not funny like the ones you seem to like, but they're the best things I've ever written in my opinion (and my family's).

Yay! Finally! I've been typing your name into the suggestion box every time I go to the Master Index! I am totally blown away by that! I've heard a couple of people say that and quite frankly I'm flattered and more than a little surprised. I was SURE that I was the only one typing my name in that box...

Doesn't the fact that your inbox is so flooded that if you try to reply to all of the messages the system thinks your spamming mean anything to you?

Doesn't the fact that your inbox is so flooded that if you try to reply to all of the messages the system thinks your spamming mean anything to you? Thanks Ember and Linny! Yeah... I do get a lot of neomail, but if you toss out the ones who: A) Think the stuff in my GALLERY is priced too high and I should lower the prices... B) Want to know if their pet can date my pet... C) Want me to vote for their pic in the Beauty Contest... D) Want me to draw a pic for them so they can enter the Beauty Contest... E) Challenge me to the Battledome through neomail because I have Battledome challenges blocked... F) Ask me to join their guild because I have guild requests blocked... G) Say nothing but "A/S/L?" H) Want me to forward a chain letter about a little girl who lost her daddy in 911 because the Red Cross can psychically determine neomail forwarding and donate to the relief fund of 911 victims... I) Want to know how to get a Krawk... J) Want me to give them a Krawk... K) Want to know where to get a fire paint brush... L) Want me to give them a fire paint brush... M) Want me to check out their shop and tell them what I think... N) Want me to check out their Neopets and tell them what I think... O) Want me to check out their Neopets pet pages and tell them what I think... P) Want me to check out their guild and tell them what I think... Q) Want to know how I got so rich despite the fact I keep saying I am not rich... R) Want to know where they can go to find Commander Garoo... S) Simply write to me to tell me that I have a lot trophies because I probably hadn't noticed that... T) Want to know where Jelly World is... U) Who don't answer my personal Neomails about setting up a time to play my multiplayer competition games and then send me "move or lose" notices... V) Cuss me out for blocking a friend of theirs who previously cussed me out for something I wrote about Chias or Lennies... W) Ask me "Who are you? Your SN looks familiar"... X) Write back "You're welcome" to my reply "Thanks"... Y) Want me to give them a codestone or a faerie in exchange for information about where the Hidden Tower is... Z) Want to know if you can really have your Neomail frozen for sending too many Neomails in one day, or if I'm just saying that because I'm too lazy to answer my Neomail... THEN... I get probably about 10 fan neomails a day.

THEN... I get probably about 10 fan neomails a day. That's certainly no number to scoff at... In fact, it's quite a lot... And some of those things that you dismiss in your list (although I certainly know that they can get annoying and aren't exactly what you want to hear) are at least somewhat of a compliment also. People want you to draw a pic for them for the BC b/c they like your artwork, or ask for your opinion of their stuff b/c they respect you, for instance.

People want you to draw a pic for them for the BC b/c they like your artwork, or ask for your opinion of their stuff b/c they respect you, for instance. Which is why I keep getting my Neomail frozen. No matter how dumb I think the request or observation is, I try to write a polite answer. A long time ago, I wrote to solidus_snake, who has more trophies than the Money Tree has Tiki-Tack keyrings, and asked him a question, which thinking back was a kinda newbie question, but I asked very respectfully. I got back the rudest, snippiest reply you could ever imagine. I promised myself that I would never ever be a "solidus_snake" as long as I lived. And personally, I was disheartened when his article recently got into the Neopian Times. I know for him it was just another trophy. But the point is, unless the person who writes to me is an obvious scammer, hacker, or chain-mail sender, I try to answer. The funny thing is, I was getting lots of Neomail long before I started writing to the Neopian Times. I don't know how some people find me, but I remember what it is like to be a clueless newbie. All it takes is a short neomail to make someone not feel so lost and alone in a big cold world.

But it makes me feel strange sometimes-- especially when people who don't know me from a dung sofa tell me I'm the greatest being in the universe... it's hard to know how to reply to that...

Yay! Finally! I've been typing your name into the suggestion box every time I go to the Master Index! I voted back when I thought stoneman was one of the most published Times author out there (Al_the_chia? What the dickens is an "Al_the_chia"?) Yep, little, newbie me. But now I'm a whopping 4 months, so I demand respect dagnabbit.

Stoney, your are the greatest being in the universe. ^_~ I try to answer every neomail I get, but some just get lost in the shuffle (Like the thingy SAYS I replied to it, but I didn't) and others are stuff that I can't respond to/don't even warrent a response. e_e Anyways, it's good that you remeber that person. That way you won't treat another future Stoneman like poop. ^_^
