More like .0398743. ^_~ I'm sorry Its just that san is the sir name for males..And it kinda bothered me..No hard feelings..? -san is used for anyone whom is your seinor or whom you respect. -chan can be used for close friends and people younger than you. Females use chan mostly just because they're friendly. ^_^ The only ones which have a gender thingy in them are -kun and -chin (I'm not sure about -chin, I haven't studied all of them...)

Comment from the non-comic artist! Simsman, you have to admit that it does sound a bit harsh. Like you have to be on some sort of list according to your standards to be in something that's meant for everyone to enjoy! You shouldn't judge this by whether or not you recognize/like the comic at all. I understand what you mean--if a one-time comic were to be involved in a crossover, people wouldn't know what it was. But still, I don't think that you have to say, "You can't be in this because I don't recognize your comic that well!" That is mean. My advice is: let it die! It's pretty obvious that not too many people are interested in this whole thing, so why try to raise a rejected idea from the grave? I suggest that you wait a couple months--at least until after April--to see if anyone's interested. I shall crawl back into my hole now. well, it IS harsh, but i've just lost patience with those who do as mentioned---anyways, if you don't wanna do it, then i have no problem w/ that i just rlly wanted to do a crossover, but it's no prob otherwise sorry if i got on yer nerves, every1!

*tosses in her two bits and listens to them clatter to the bottom of the well*'
Personally, I don't think doing a crossover now, or in the near future, is a good idea. There are still some bitter feelings about the last one, given what I've seen some people saying, and I think we'd all just be better off waiting until we had a definite structure and order to work with, along with receptive participants. Its really not nice to hold up hoops for artists to jump through constantly, especially if they're in the middle of doing their own thing.
Its fine to SUGGEST ideas and see the reaction before you make it a concrete plan, but this whole crossover business feels like "This is what we're doing! Either you're in or you're out, maggot!" and I'm kinda coming to resent it...artists aren't image-churning machines. -_-

This is the way I see it. If you want to do it - take it OUT of the forum.
Neomail or email the people you want to participate and organise it in a way least likely to offend anyone.
Because, you know, if you really want to get anal about it, most people wouldn't notice comics other than Poor Dr_Death, The Moo Strip and The Cheesy Neos.
Personally, I think some egos need deflating.
