Comics crossovers - De ja vu!!!

IN A FEW MONTHS, I WOULD LIKE TO:


I think the Crossover is a good idea, but (not to be mean) ONLY FOR THE RECURRING COMMENTS! IT IS WHAT A CROSSOVER IS! Neotomi, I know you HAVE a comic, but if it's not in the NT and not well-known, it's not in the crossover. I think the only recurring comics that people would know are:

Sheep of Doom
Neopia Acres
Shoyru Squadron
Alpha70 and MuRou
Fluffy the Cobrall
Poor Dr_Death
Bucky the Babaa
Faeries and Foes
Look Ma, No Conscience
RagnaKrawk
Really Confused
Four Frogs
Cheesy Neos
NeoFun
Brother n' Sister

Those are the comics that I would immediately recognize! Here are some that are recurring, but still I wouldn't understand what they were:

Slice of Life
Jack's Pack
From Me To You
Busy Babith
Dark Neopia


I think the first list I mentioned is what SHOULD be allowed in the crossover--people can recognize them! That's final! As for too-many people in it........I don't think the following have been part of the Forums or even remotely interested (from no posting);

They never seemed interested in doing it (or never expressed their interest). I think the crossover should be:

That's 8, and I think that'd be a pretty hefty job, but still a fun crossover! If you think I'm right, post! If you think I'm wrong, post! I wanna know if that's good!

I'm actually interested, but the Squadron is composed of other peoples' pets as well as mine. I'd offer up Freeblegrax, but I think there are too many guys already. I'll have to check with the girls' owners (Tahara, what about it?), but I think they're currently "answered for".

Well, as for the ones that have already done the previous crossover, would you be willing to do it again? NO exceptions for people who wanna be in it, just those people mentioned? How bout it?

Well, it's not a matter of meanness---it's a matter of being an idea between some comic authors, and not meant to be "Ok, just wait till I get in so that I can be in it! can you plz wait? you're mean if i can't be in it! that's no fair!".........it's just how things are

Simsman, you have to admit that it does sound a bit harsh. Like you have to be on some sort of list according to your standards to be in something that's meant for everyone to enjoy! You shouldn't judge this by whether or not you recognize/like the comic at all.

I understand what you mean--if a one-time comic were to be involved in a crossover, people wouldn't know what it was. But still, I don't think that you have to say, "You can't be in this because I don't recognize your comic that well!" That is mean.

My advice is: let it die! It's pretty obvious that not too many people are interested in this whole thing, so why try to raise a rejected idea from the grave? I suggest that you wait a couple months--at least until after April--to see if anyone's interested.
