Speaking of "Does anybody read?", do any of you read The Neopian News Brief? I read it Darell, I think some don't because of where they put it on the page. I know that when some people reead the Neopian Times they go straight for what they want. They see the comics tab and they say "Comics"*Click!* Anyway, I like the NewsBrief, though mainly for the Stock recap to see what I SHOULD HAVE bought. As for the whole publishing thing...I guess this was a trial run week...I'm sure we'll see most of the regular next week.

Hey Mr. Pickles ;D I read the Neopian News Brief Sometimes, when I miss a couple of days on Neopets due to school work, I read the news brief when the Times comes out to catch up on events in detail. Thank you for it, Mr. Pickles. - poy

Yay! Hi Mr. Pickles I have faith in Felicia, she will do great! Gotta read the news brief this week, I usually go straight for the comics and editorials. Does anyone else notice that in the editorials...if people request an item/painted-pet to be made, Donna makes sure it happens? I think that's cute. ;D

Hoorah, it's El Pickulsaur! Get me Tigersquash! Well, thank you for clearing all that up for me I thought before that Felicia didn't know who were comic regulars and just put in the first ones she got until she reached capacity! The only bad thing about it is that I was going to do something the week before Valentine's (next issue) and on Valentine's, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to send in this comic that was SUPPOSED to be in this week. Oh well, Felicia, I'll cut you some slack (hehe, calvinseviltwin )! Good job on the first issue! BTW, Pickles, I think I'll write an article about the News Brief.......

Hi Mr.Pickles! ^_^
I read the news briefs every once in a while. It's never really been on my high priority list as I sometimes forget about it (mostly because it has such a teeny-weenie link on the bottom...), but I get around to it sometimes. I do like how it's written. Very nice and has some wonderful author asides. It’s not just some bland recap of the news. ^_^

Hello Mr. Pickles!
Welcome! And thank you for all the work you do for the NT! (and yes, I read the News Brief, though usually at the end - perhaps if it got a link at the top like the editorial, people would be more likely to notice it?)

I read the news brief, I just happen to be the world's worst reviewer. As in: I never do it. I think Felicia has done a good job for her first issue - if I was her, I'd be terrified. She's got a ton of people watching what she does.

Hmm. I thought the editor did the News Brief. I stand corrected. Anyway, hi El Picklesaur.

I used to read the News Brief when it first came out, but to be honest I stopped reading it after a couple of weeks. Now if only I can remember why... Anyway, I like the NewsBrief, though mainly for the Stock recap to see what I SHOULD HAVE bought. ... now I remember! ;D

Hi there, Mr. Pickles! (I like pickles...)
I admit, I don't read the News Brief as often as I should. I will start reading it now, though! I agree, I think the News Brief needs more publicity, so to speak. Especially now that we know how much work you put into it each week.

You're nice, Mister Pickles--especially to admit that you should've been taking the blame on the Times-lateness sometimes, but I could never make fun of a nice person...Donna, on the other hand... . To be honest, I usually only read the News Brief if the Times comes out on a week when I didn't get online much, which is roughly about half the time. We don't review it because there's only one, and what would we say? "Compared to the only News Brief, this News Brief is awesome." It has never occured to me that another person did the News Brief--awhile back I thought that Josh did it, and I never thought to ask about it. Here's a random question: Mister Pickles, does someone else choose the Sponsored By thing?

Ummm... I must be the only one who reads the News Brief every week. I do it to get inspiration for future articles... I actually thought they were kinda boring until about three weeks ago, when I noticed they actually started getting pretty spiffy and well... funny. I never even thought about the fact someone had to be WRITING them. Dang, what a rock head I am. Thanks for joining us here and posting Mr. Pickles. It's way cool of you to do that-- it certainly sends all of our notions that nobody cares down in flames...

Howdy El Picklesaur!
I read the Neopian New Brief, up until the Stock Market Report. I'm not a big stock marketish person...the Neopian News Brief isn't a need for me as I often check in with the New Features but it's good to see it all sumed up in just a few paragraphs.
Thanks for clearing up the...Felicia issue thing. It makes much more sense and now I don't have to worry about never being in the Times again. Ah, perhaps I'll take a break. I resent a few of the things to Felicia@neopets.com and now I can sit back and rest, waiting for the times awards to be awarded...
