Are animated comics okay? I don't reallly mean those ones that have just one panel with an animated gif in it, etc...
I mean like a full on, interactive-ish comic sort of thing. Flash-made.. Like the reader clicks a button or hovers over a panel to start the animation in that panel. (That kind of interactive.. not the choose a path sort of interactive or anything.)
I could see why it most likely wouldn't be okay, file-size and all, but I figured I ask anyway, just in case.

There was one around the 50-70 week stuffu called Make Your Own Comics or something, I believe. It had several pannels, some stuffu were moving and stuffu.

There have been a lot of animated comics. The old Lupe Pack ones were flash, I think, as well as the DIY ones. Oddhatter had an issue in which a single panel was an animated gif and had the ship zoomin around.
So I guess it's safe to say that both gif animation and flash animation are accepted.
