I have a little question about multiple accounts, and I'm afraid of being frozen if I make anymore than I have now . . . umm, well . . . the only accounts I ever go to is my brothers and my account.
I think the maximum was eight accounts per person, and I'm worried that I've reached the maximum because my cousin showed me Neopets, and I think I made a really, really, really old account which I don't go to anymore, and she made an account with me that same day. (I'm not entirely sure about that really old account, because it just might have been the adoriblelapin account)
Later, I introduced my other cousins to Neopets. I believe one of my cousins made two accounts, another one made one but may have logged on to his second account many months later, and my brother made an account.
Oh yes, and this one time, my best friend Ami-chan's internet blew and I fed her pets (eek! I hope that's not against the rules).
So basically, that would be around eight accounts, because I'm not absolutely sure about two of the events. The one where my cousin logged on to his second account, and my very old account.
I want to make a new account with pets I have in my story, but I'm not absolutely sure if I should do that. Does anyone have any opinions? . . . thank you.

Well, I'm just a member, but: it's REALLY hard to take care of extra accounts. (By the way, the limit's four.) I have seven (all created before the four-account max; the only reason I still have 'em is for the pets), with twenty-six pets, and it's really hard to take care of them all. I really, really advise you not to make more unless you're absolutely sure you have the time and NP--all my pets spend four days a week in the Neolodge, getting "hand-fed" once, and I only log on once or twice a week to all but my main.
I don't think all those count, though. Let's see: that old account, since you never use it and can't even remember if it exists, probably doesn't count. Your cousin's account, made that day, doesn't count. Your other cousins' four accounts don't, either. Your brother's probably does, since you have one of your pets in it (don't you?). Ami's doesn't. (No, it's not against the rules, but you probably want to leave it as a last resort.)
So, that leaves you with your two (possibly three). Rule-wise, I think you're fine. Sharing a computer with other people once or twice doesn't mean their accounts are considered yours, unless you all have the same email address.

^_^ Thank you so much, Mushroom! I didn't know the limit was four ; I guess I don't have to make another account then. The reason I wanted to was because I wrote a series with a character in it . .. and her twin sister was actually a real pet in Neopia, but I wrote in my series that nobody on Neopia knew about the . . . err, Neopet. o^^o You've helped me a lot, Mushroom!

Like mushroom said, you won't be frozen if they just logged on once or twice. I think they do it by the e-mail adress. And in the future, if you want to use pets in a story, you could always ask someone if you could use there pets.

I had a LOT of accounts before the NT put their foot down (with the four-account limit) but only use my "main" ones most of the time (furbyfun, jadebluecity and kasirell) and the "secondary" accounts (which I won't name, but of which I have about, oh, maybe two or three) that I use occasionally. The rest have pretty much been forgotten.
