Heh, well, congrats. I wonder if it was even shingles at all, though. It usually lasts a lot longer than that, and like you said, it's pretty abnormal for a young person to get that disease. See, a doctor diagnosed me with shingles once too and same as you, the rash and all symptoms were gone within days. So I assumed that the doctor was just off his rocker and had misdiagnosed me-- he wasn't terribly thorough-- but heck, maybe we both just got rid of it quick because we're young?

That's great! My friend got shingles this year... They didn't disappear very fast though and she's young too! Hmmmm

Congratulations! I'm very glad you're all better.
I'm always left wondering what sort of painful childhood disease will come back to haunt me, since I never got most of them. I've never had chicken pox. But that, I seem to have been immunized at least once against everything(I had a smallpox vaccination once, actually. Not that it would still work.).
