Hello my old friends! With all the new era hype I've been on a bit of a Neopets kick and went to pop on here and see how things are, only to discover that my account had been purged from the site at some point!
Makes sense since it was attached to an old email I never use and I probably missed the warning, but also dang, I have to remember all the fancy buttons I had from stuff like Karmageddon!
We will rebuild.

Funny coincidence actually as I had seen your beauty contest entry earlier today and was like "I recognize that Neopet!", so it's exciting to see you in the creative contests again I hope you enjoy your time back here on the forum! |

Thank you for the warm re-welcome! I just finished leaving a reply on the profile change thread. Pretty sure I got everything but my post count. Also couldn't remember if I ever participated in spirit week or not, so I left that badge off lol.
Yeah, I drew her just for the nostalgia after hearing the New Era news, and remembered the Beauty Contest existed, so I decided to submit it there too! It's been fun and heartwarming to see a few people recognize me in the neoboard thread I made to promote it. Makes me want to go all in with throwing my hat back into the Neo Comic ring lol.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome back ^^ Hello, welcome back! What kind of projects are you working on nowadays? I've been very on/off with what I'm doing art-wise. I did a webcomic called Demodyssey for awhile in 2020 before stopping in 2021 to focus on my big beefy webcomic, though work on it has been slow. It's been a lot of back and forth with writing/rewriting, then drawing and redrawing as my goals and ideas shift. So far I have 2 and a half updates done out of like 30-something for the first chapter. I want to put it on webtoon, so the updates are like the size of 6 or 7 regular sized comic pages (which may explain my burnout lol). I've been trying to get back into the groove of making stuff though, starting with a lot of participation in this year's art fight, and now making a few NT comics. |
