That's so colorful, what a lovely palette! I can't quite tell if the facial features are normal or penciled on, but it looks like the former. Not a fan of when they do that, but with the Korbat at least the eyes are small enough that it's not to distracting.

Origami Korbat: And after having made all previous Neopets looking like they're made out of construction paper, all of the sudden NOW do they have one look like they're made out of actual orgiami pattern paper! That would have been a nice detail option for many previous Orgami Neopets to have! Because this looks nice, I'd dare say it's probably the best looking Origami Neopet as of this moment. I know it seems taboo to go back to change an already existing Colour, but I think this is one of the cases where they should. They don't even need to change the shape, just add the textures to make them pop more!
Oh, and while they're at it, how about actually making the facial features drawn onto the paper...
Koya: Ah Koya, the Neopets TCG was truly a magical time as they introduced all sorts of Neopet characters in order to fill out the Experienced, Hero, and Villain numbers. And with having high quality art, it also seems like a perfectly good source to pull wearable ideas from (or at least all the ones listed in JN's Book of Ages). Oh, and the Koya Korbat looks cute, especially with it holding its sword in the air as if saying "I'm ready for adventure"!
