Issue 868 & Issue 869For a brief few seconds, all he saw was light. Then, as quickly as the lightness had come, it was gone, replaced by the dark, harsh reality of Hirsham’s current situation. Slowly, Hirsham gathered his senses. He observed that the moment of brightness had only been a streak of treacherous lightning flashing across the cloudy, inky sky. He tasted salt in the air. He felt rain beating down on all sides, as he struggled to maintain his balance on the rocking boat. He smelled charred wood, freshly burned from the lightning strike. He heard shouts from his crew, who were fruitlessly attempting to calm the chaos on board. This voyage had gone disastrously wrong. The boat was far from Krawk Island by now, and whichever way Hirsham looked, there was no sign of land.

With his head down and a sad look in his eyes, Gorix wandered around the Space Station... He felt desolated, as he managed to collect almost all of the coins on the Space Station Coins page of his stamps album… almost all of them. One coin was still missing, the most precious one, which he had never even heard of being found by anyone in whole space. Completing this collection was one of the greater dreams of the resistance hero since his childhood times with Parlax, who also shared such ambitions.

Actually, that'd be under Issue 870 discussion. I didn't include that issue because I thought combining two was already bad enough, let alone three. Though it looks like the editor skipped a couple certain forumers entries in the comic section in Issue 871, so it might be good for combining with 870 as well.

Ahh, gotcha; I just assumed it was the most recent issue thread without really checking the title whoops xD Might as well combine 870 and 871 by the sounds of it, yeah, it's strange how they've been skipping comics like that.

Blueysicle Alrighty, getting back into it! Usually when giving feedback on a series, I'll write down notes as I go for each part on any thoughts or questions I may have, both so I remember what I read and also to preserve initial impressions. So, not sure how cohesive this will read, but here are those thoughts transcribed! Oooohhh, I love seeing others' take on the Faeries! That is true that there aren't really any Faeries based in Moltara isn't it, huh. Hadn't thought of that before, at least not the fact that Moltarans as a result may not know what Faeries are or believe in their existence. Either way, it seems that explains the "sisters" of Pillar Grove. The aversion stone is also a neat idea- it fits perfectly into current Neopets canon as well, like with bottled Faeries and how they stay trapped. Makes me want to think more about Faeries in my own stuff and what little details may impact their daily lives or how they interact with the rest of Neopia. Also, while we're talking about Faeries, hnng I wanna draw that Air Faerie now x3 For the villains, from what I've gathered it seems that both have a similar motivation- getting that Lyins machine a sustainable power source- but for different reasons. Halloy wants the mayhem it'll cause plus the pride from his creation, while Jacenty is looking to redeem himself in the eyes of that secret organization? There's probably other reasons surrounding his actions, but that seems like the root of it to me right now. I may have to go back and check, as it's likely I just forgot, but that makes me curious the full scale of ability and power that this robot has. Right now it seems like the Final Boss that, when destroyed, would defeat villain plans, but perhaps there's more to it than that. Also, I did not realize that Flicker was three hundred pounds

Before I start, just want to say that I have read all your Blossoms comics to date, Twillie . (As you probably figured by the stream of likes you got from me in Blossoms thread a few weeks ago. ) The past month's been a bit busy for me, so I'm hoping I can try to get my thoughts into words for a proper review sometime soon. I like to think that most faeries wouldn't be too happy to live underground and would prefer to live where there are open skies available to them. (Or plenty of water, for the water faeries) So I imagine that most faeries that came across Moltara before modern times wouldn't have thought to explore it long enough to realize that there were Neopets living there. (The surface of the islands that Moltara rests under aren't a cakewalk to live on either, since they're covered by thick jungles and battered with severe storms) I definitely had bottled faeries in mind when coming up with the idea of the capsule that Halloy used to keep the air faerie trapped in Lumberjack. I just kind of hope that there's no obscure place in site canon that states that Balthazar was the one that first came up with the idea of bottling faeries... Likewise, I'd love to show more about faeries in general, not just the two in Pillar Grove. Since the early days of planning the first Infinity, I had the idea that faeries would eventually play a larger role in the story. Though it might be a while before I'm able to get those ideas published; certain events in the saga's plot would have to play out first before I go into much more detail about faeries. Haha, also, by all means go ahead and draw the air faerie if you'd like. XD Pretty much. Halloy's obviously quite full of himself, but I'd say that Jacenty is a lot more prideful and selfish than he'd like to admit as well. Like the narration in Part Three states, Jacenty would be more than willing to usurp the leadership of his organization if that meant that he could bring about the new world order that he personally envisions. (On that note, said organization is The Sway. I thought that leaving it implied, but unnamed, would better suit the mysterious and clandestine nature of the group. ) Haha, he's a very big guy! I believe you said you read my Hero's Day collab short story from way back when, so I might as well say that Ultraviolet (the queen that encouraged Lampyri after she failed the Royal Guard exam) is Flicker's mom, and being enormous with a ton of raw strength runs in that side of the family.

Blueysicle Haha, I do remember getting those likes! But yeah, no rush at all, I more than appreciate you even going through and reading them all, so feedback is just that much more above and beyond for you to do :3 Thank you for taking the time, and feel free to take as much as you need! Re: Review replies: Yeah, that makes sense why Faeries wouldn't be too common in Moltara- they're definitely not an environment for everyone! Reminds me of the times I've explored through caves, and each time there was always at least one moment where I felt claustrophobic (I would never make it as a regular spelunker). I can only imagine how much worse it'd be for creatures that are most naturally flying in the open air (although now this has me thinking what if there could be a Faerie, like a special fire type, that was magma/lava type xD) I don't think I've seen anywhere either that says Balthazar came up with the idea, but yeah it can be hard to tell when so much of Neo lore is tucked away into hard-to-find corners of the internet xD Either way, though, I think it's a clever use for this story, and I'm sure any Balthazar lore could be explained in some way if need be :3 And oooh, more Faeries >w> That's got me curious of what's to come, especially if Faeries aren't too common in Moltara, just what might bring them there in the story :3 Ohhh, the Sway! For whatever reason, they didn't even cross my mind xD Haha, well it certainly did the trick, as it definitely left me wondering. And oh yeah, I remember Ultraviolet! Now that you mention her it seems obvious to me she'd be his mother, for some reason before I kept wondering who it might be haha.
