Hope you don't mind if I made the thread this time! Biscuit Chia: Gotta give the artist kudos for finding a way to give what would have been an otherwise plain Biscuit Neopet into something a little bit more interesting with the gooey fudge hair. Reminds me of those fudge/brownie filled chocolate chip cookies they have. Also it has a nice amount and spread of chocolate chips without looking too plain or it has a disease. A very nicely done colour! *claps* Marble Chia:Oh, um, huh. Well, starting with the body, the colors nicely blend and we have a swirl design going on, with the neat effect of seeing the yellow swirl that wraps around the back through the Marble Chia's transparent body. A very nice effect... but that's not what you all are looking at. Alright, let's address the hair. Like, what? Where did this Mohawk come from? It's so random, and it's not like there was anything wrong with the normal Chia's hair they couldn't make it into a marble. I love it! Yeah, it's random, but random in a good way. In addition the Mohawk is look to be made out of blown glass. Feels like the artist is experimenting with the idea of Marble, also using it as a catch all for ideas for glass. And I fully support it, I love seeing this kind of creativity! Viking Chia:Nice. Definitely Erik the Red inspired, which I wouldn't mind seeing more customization being historical figure inspired. The helmet and sword & shield might not have a place outside of a viking customization, but everything else does though would probably still need to be put into a period piece theme.

The marble Chia reminds me of a Jelly Belly jelly bean, for some reason.

I actually don't mind at all Duke Pikachu. It's not like I have a monopoly over the new colours. Marble's neat, with the swirls on the body and arms meshing perfectly

Yeah, judging by some youtube videos on the subject, I think the marble hair is meant to look like what you get when you stretch out or slice real molten glass. It looks handmade!
I'm not crazy about the lime green, but still really cool.

Pleasantly surprised with the colors. The hair on the Biscuit looks nice and drippy, and the Glass Marble brings back the colored swirl that was missing in the Gnorbu and Kougra, and brings in another unique element with the pulled hair. The outfit looks nice, but I'm a bit disappointed because it reminds me of the existing Barbarian set. Particularly the dagger and shield, which also have the bonus of being separate items. I like wearable weapons, okay??

Funnily enough, I was planning to make this thread as soon as Chia Day happened (seeing as Chias are my guilty pleasure Neopet) but it appears that I somehow forgot. Perhaps because of my laptop troubles...
I have to say, it's natural that the interesting yet simplistic design of the Chia would lend itself to a similarly interesting set of colors. The Biscuit Chia is done competently, although I do question the splotchiness of the texture and there barely being chocolate chips. Creative and cute touch making its hair made out of melting chocolate, though!
The Marble Chia...again, very unusual. It's at a point where I can't analyze it and can only admire it for how bizarrely awesome it looks.
And really digging the Viking Chia, especially with regard to its generous amount of facial hair.
