>.> <.<
If the time travel/AU idea wins out, do you think we could get away with calling it the "timey-wimey issue?"

Wibbly-wobbliness: I have sort of played with that for my twisted history series, could do it again. Dreams: SO MANY POSSIBILITIES, ALL OF MY YESPLEASE.

Dreams would be good. I could write a short story about my Dream Elemental Neopet

Okay, I finally voted! The list didn't show up on my phone so I couldn't do it yesterday.

One question: Should the 'dreams' theme be changed to 'Sweet Dreams' so we can also have sleep/bedtime-related stories?

downrightdude- I figure Dreams is good and general since it can be interpreted in a bunch of ways. Sleep and bedtime fall under that bracket, I'd say.

My two cents: I voted for Dreams over Time Travel, mainly because (And this is a personal opinion, mind you) I think while you have a good amount of leeway with what how you can handle dreams (Since it's usually a given that they don't operate the way reality does) time travel is one of those plot devices whose mere presence make it very easy to: A. Become overcomplicated or B. Create massive plot holes. When a time travel plot is done right, they can be very good. (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) When not done right, they can be a gigantic mess. (Sonic 2006)

If Dreams does win I have an idea to do something with that Dreams & Nightmare NC Event that we didn't have that long ago.

(Sonic 2006) That is a good point. I'm still rooting for time travel though because I'm going to pretend I use it well. *cough*notreally*cough* I think I'll be happy regardless of the topic. Even if I don't come up with an idea, it'll be fun to read.

What does the theme "General Winter" mean, exactly?

I suppose with the general winter theme, downrightdude, we mean like... snowball fights, winter in Neopia, totally getting snowed in like we might be getting snow next week oh dear Lord why, general life in TM... *shrug* Sure, nightmares are a part of dreams. And honestly, for the time-travel theme, I'd probably be going more so the alt-universe story line than actual time-travel since I can have the joy of totally messing with Neo-canon 8D. Since these themes are pretty broad, I figure as long as the submission is within a theme's umbrella, it's fine.

If we do end up going with the Dreams theme, this snippet from this week's Editorial could hold promise:
Alien Aishas being, well, Alien Aishas, this scenario could end in hilarity. <_< As could Maths Nightmare in any form, come to think of it.

I voted for both magic and general winter in the hopes that anything I made would fit, hehe... not lazy.
