I put this in the Staff Thread, but if anyone has any thoughts, please let me know!
So by now I've written 99 things for the NT, and I'm fairly proud of that. I have all my stories that made it in on a Microsoft Word document (just in case something happens to neo one day and it all goes poof!), but I was thinking to myself: wouldn't it be nice if I could somehow bind all these stories into a nice book that I could keep on my shelf and think wow I wrote all those?
Of course, I don't know the legality of the whole thing. I would not create this book as something to sell; it would be a one-time copy that would then sit on my shelf. But of course, I don't know how this falls into neo guidelines, and into book-printing-website guidelines since the characters are, of course, neopets.
Any thoughts?

I don't see what the problem would be. I've actually thought about doing something similar myself.

It should be alright. There've been editorials about people asking if it were okay to paint or crochet things and keep them for themselves, I don't see why collecting your stuff in a book would be any different.
I suppose the only caveat would be for some of those print-on-demand websites, they insist that you must own the copyright before you print it. In that case, I don't think you'd be able to use that service. But like, taking it to Kinkos and getting it bound? I don't see why not.
