The Old and Young Crows October IC Chat 18
Welcome to the IC Chat! This is basically the role-playing equivalent of the 'bloids (Tabloids/Tabloid Town), where characters and alter-egos run rampant and go on all sorts of crazy adventures. But don't think we're limited to just them—ANYONE can join in!
In role-playing terms, the Icy Taco (our nickname for the IC Chat, coined by Omni) is a vast area of land, with Taco City, a megalopolis next to the ocean, being the main focus and place of interaction. It has portals to other areas such as Tabloid Town, Harbor Town (located in the old IC region, which is near Tabloid Town), and an area in the wilderness that has been turned into a lovely wildlife sanctuary with a nature trail. The Icy Taco is trapped in a space/time distortion where timelines and so forth from outside role-plays or stories don't really matter. Basically, anything goes.
As a main note of location: When things move from beyond just a Random Character Interaction to something more along the lines of a structured role-play, characters may move out of the Icy Taco and to other locations (as it gets more structured and lengthy, it may be wise to create a separate Mini-Arc thread for it). While they are in other locations, you have to travel to that location to get to them. Unless you otherwise state, you show up at the Taco City central square.
Remember that god modding makes your writing partners sad inside and might make them angry outside. o:
Other things to note:
On occasion, people will roll dice to randomly choose a character to bring into the Icy Taco through a designation of a number to each character. The size of the pool of characters and the method of designating the numbers vary from person to person, but if you see someone rolling a dice, that's probably what they're doing.
With that said, enjoy yourselves!

The old crow is getting slow;
the young crow is not.
Of what the young crow does not know,
the old crow knows a lot.
At knowing things, the old crow is still
the young crow’s master.
What does the old crow not know?
How to go faster.
The young crow flies above, below, and rings
around the slow old crow.
What does the fast young crow not know?
WHERE TO GO.
