Hello, I just joined today. My very first entry made it in the NT! Yay! What luck! I know it may be a bit amateur(sp) , but I'm proud to say it can only get better...right?

Well, my neoname is nadia8705 if anyone wants to chat. I am currently beginning a series for the Neopian Times. Hopefully, I can have it looked over by the NTWF members.

A few pieces of advice for you:
- Avoid the 'Bloids if you want to keep your sanity
- Don't join the pirates or the ninjas - join the Mages!
- Don't be afraid to post heaps

Congrats on your first piece in the Times - I had a look - a sweet little comic. Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff in the Times in the future.

Naw, it's okay to be confused on your first day.

The 'bloids are also known as Tabloid Town, which can be found in the Splatterboard. It's basically a mass chat.

Pirates, ninjas and mages are all guilds, which can be found in the Guilds board.
