I first got hooked somewhere between issue 75-85. My first favorite authors were Plushieowner, Tdyans and Noremac. ;D My first favorite comics were Something Has Happened, Really Confused and The Golden Juppie.

Wow... That was a while ago... I can't remember when, but I remember I loved EPK... It must have been somewhere around 50.

Scriptfox and Kiddo hooked me. I can't remember exactly *has the memory of a goldfish*, but I believe I was around when 'As Told' was first published, and quite awhile before that. Around Week 20 I guess. At first I only read the series, then Scriptfox hooked me into the rest of the NT with the story 'After Dark' - which is one of the few I actually remember personally reading.

[glow=red,2,300]With me, It was sometime around the same time as Tdyans got hooked.
OK, maybe not, but it was close. ;D
I was instantly hooked. I read all the articles and comics, at first. The first series I ever read was something about a chain letter and a couple of kids turning into Eyries. I forget most of it. The first series I remember was The Zafara Assassin.
I also loved epk's stuff, Karma's comics, and anything about the Trianlge of Destiny.
And i didn't discover the talent of the great Kiddo until after I joined the Forum. *is pelted with tomatoes*[/glow]

Hmm... Now that I think of it, I think I started earlier than 50. I know this because I kept seeing this thing called As Told By Child_Dragon in the Times every week... I thought it was like a feature of the times.

Mine was issue 133, actually. I've been on Neopets for four years, I knew it was there... but I never read it. To be honest, I had never even seen the main page. *slaps herself with a Slorg* Then I wrote my first article, which I really dislike now, and once it got accepted into issue 134, I started reading the NT religiously. Heh.

Mannnn...you peoples make me feel like a real oldie...
I got hooked when I read Week 10. The first thing I read was frogman123us' short story, "How We Came Together: A Tale of Family". After that, I loved the Times and thrived on it every week.

I think I read Issue 27 first. I remember the Stock Market reports by stereolab and all the original Chia-Lupe debate. I was never hooked until more recently. I remember reading articles in Issue 7 of the 3rd version NT (the golden one). I think I read on and off since Issue 27 actually ^_^

I can't remember, it was a very, very, VERY long time ago. All I remember is that I read a short story and I absolutely loved it. I can't remember who the author was or what the story was called. If the author were in the NTWF, I'd recognize them, but I don't think they are.

Issue 100 was the very first time. I don't remember what the date was, but I'm guessing some time around June. I started with comics like most people, and read some stories that caught my interest.

Hmm... oh yes! The story that really got me hooked was the "Needed" series by tdyans. My brother read the whole thing through, then he gave me the link to it. I read it after my first article was published, and knew that I would be hooked on the NT. ;D

Uhhh... somewhere in the 50s I think. I read it for a short while then stopped. I didn't actually get hooked until around issue 120-130 I'm guessing.

Hmm, I've been playing for well over 2 years now, and I know I started reading the NT almost right away, maybe a month or two into playing. I have no idea what issue that would be without checking dates, lol. I'm not sure how I even found it, I just remember trying to figure out how the heck to make np and finding out there was a 'newspaper'. I know from day one I was hooked on the Editorial. Often it's more informative than the news, and there are always bits of tasty info there. That and the articles are what I've mainly read over the past couple of years. I enjoy the 'news' aspect of it, and occasionally venture into the comics for a chuckle

I was first published in issue 4 of the new Neopian Times, so I must have been reading since at least a few weeks before then. I vaguely remember the change to the new version of the Times. Mostly I just read the comics, though, and a few articles. The earliest I really remember was the Moo Strip comic, though I wasn't properly hooked till the Shoyru Squadron started. (Off topic... I just realised, it's been more than a year since I was last published, and two since I last did a comic. I really need to finish some of my works in progress...)
