i have been in airplanes like 40 times or more (one at least for each year of my life. i have been flying since i was months old!) and i love to fly!
well, it depends where are you going. when i go to the beach or someplace for fun, i preffer to go in the morning, so i can arrive in the afternoon, and enjoy that day. but when it becomes to long trips, i preffer to go in the morning too, to arrive at night, and sleep and wake up without the problem of the time change.
yes, is a problem to wake up early, but you can sleep in the airplane. hehehe when i was returning from Japan, i had all four seats of the middle row for me, so i was very comfortable watching movies and TV series (everybody loves Raymond, CSI, that 70's show and according to Jim);D

Funny. Flying never hurts anyone elses ears I know 'cept you guys. And yes, I have quite clean ears I've flown four times, and woke up really early the first time. I get excited about silly little things, and that makes my sort of jumpy and only have light sleep. I usually bring music so maybe that helps? Ew, I bet tons of flights are delayed today here. Atlanta... heavy winds... uh, yep.
