Yes. This is a public service announcement on my part. What is it about? Why about one of the greatest radio stations of all time. Keiichi.net ex² radio!
It's an anime/j-pop/video game music station broadcasting at a low-bandwidth setting. My crappy computer with it's 50667 bps connection can tune into Keiichi via Realplayer and never have to deal with rebuffering, or problems. It is awesome.
I've all ready heard songs I never would have otherwise. "Pure Heart", for example, is "Aerith's Theme" with lyrics. I've also heard the infamous "Baka Song" (also known as "Yasahii, Ii Ko ni Narenai")of Ranma 1/2. Other songs I've heard I wouldn't have otherwise: "eX-Dream" (X/1999), "The Story Where You Are" (.Hack//Liminality vol.3 and .Hack//Udeden ending theme...fastly becoming my favorite non-English song)...and uhm a whole plethora of others.
And no, this is not one of those stations where you'll only here the overplayed popular songs from animes played on TV. I've seen tracks from anime I've never even heard of. So if you're into this type of music, check it out.
Only drawback is they can only have 50 listener spots at any one time. Due to their servers and so forth. BUT for $1/month you can have what's known as a dedicated listener spot...in which you're always guaranteed to be able to listen to the station. No matter how many other listeners are on right then. It frees up a regular listener spot for someone else, as well, and all Dedicated Listener Spot donations go towards increasing their listener capacity (i.e. They used to only have 30 listener spots. TODAY they upgraded to 50).
And believe it or not, I don't work for the station. XP I just found it earlier this week and I've fallen in love with it. So I'm informing other lovers of the same type of music of the greatness of this station, as well.
