Awhile back I remember someone asked for a livejournal code, and I just found this cool site that offers free weblogs-- www.blogger.com. For those who don't know, a weblog is a sort of online diary you can make either private or public. On Blogger, you can choose an option to pay for a no-ad weblog, but it doesn't press that as much as other sites and you can still make one or more weblogs absolutely free--plus I haven't seen a single popup, only banner ads. I made a blog and the url is www.leb388.blogspot.com if you want to check it out (there's not much there yet, but it's to keep track of my online and writing progress). I don't have much else to add, other than to check out the site if you've been looking for a free weblog.

Sounds neat. I may try it out.

Yes, indeed, I did create myself a blog. It's at drgnnetwork.blogspot.com if you want to check it out. There's not much there yet, but I will add to it.

Sounds pretty cool. I gave up on keeping an oline journal awhile ago because of my life gradually getting more chaotic and stressful--I found my thoughts getting more and more negative and I didn't want anyone but myself to know them, and so I went back to my previous ways of a regular, private diary --but I might get one for online stuff or just for organization.

I used to use Blogger, it was okay, but not fantastic. Right now I'm trying Xanga, which has similar features to Blogger, but seems to be more fun. You can also sign up to be part of a community, which is an interesting option. www.xanga.com

It's a cool journal...except I don't think you're really 20 years old like your journal claims.

Erm, you can go look at mine if you like, but please be warned that I write my opinions in there, and they can be both extremely critical and contain mature content (and bad words! ). www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=Purple_FishThe info is about my fish, not me.

That's a nice one! By the way, how do you bold text in your journal when you write your entry? I tried using the normal <b> tags but it doesn't work.

You have to click on a box above the entry that says 'edit html' and your entry will be converted into html. Then you can do whatever you want.
