Ah ah, you are all incorrect. I was talking about Steel Empire for the Amiga, a very old tactical strategy game in 2200 A.D. with cybernetic warfare. At the very start of your turn in the complete campaign, a message comes up that says "General (your name) take the command chair." I think it's a cool saying, no?
