(proceeds to be the equivalent of that person who walks into a bakery, licks a display donut, and walks out)
Doughnut: sways, wobbles, topples off its fancy doughnut display pedestal and begins to roll merrily across the ground, out of the bloidal bakery and into the bloidal street. Who will dodge it? Who will trip? Who can catch it?
My mom and I made those at some point last year, actually. They came out really good, and wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be. (Though it's still deep-frying. Or as much as it could be with what we had.)
I've never made donuts, but I baked an apple pie last year for the first time ever. Was super happy with it! And hope to get back into making muffins this year, I love muffins and baked them several times when I lived in London, but then got rid of my tray when I moved and never picked one up again.
