Rainbow PoolHuh, certainly was not expecting this for a Mutant pet. I just feel it's a bit over the top. though the tentacle tails are a nice touch.

It's not quite on the level of "over-designed" as the Mutant Ogrin, but it does still feel like there's a bit much going on here. Personally, I would do away with the purple hair on and around the head, as well as the braids.

Yeah, I agree. This is just... odd. Glad this isn't the color for Vanagyre day, so I still have hope of a new, fun color to paint mine.

It's too much for me (like they had many ideas for the mutant Vandagyre which are all great on their own but would be a lot when thrown together) but the design is interesting nevertheless. Definitely not what I would've expected.

The eyes don't seem to follow the curvature of the head like they do in other Vandagyre art, which I think is what's causing the "off" impression. But it makes me think of woodland tribal costume, almost like one of those mythical creatures with traits of different animals--the tentacle tail is really a fascinating touch. I think I'd prefer a different color combination, maybe a more natural one, but I guess they were really going for "weird".

Wha-what. I completely forgot how bad the Mutant Vandagyre looked, for some reason I was thinking of the Mutant Wocky with its long tongue. I think my mind tried to block it out. It's like JS saw what OG TNT did with the Mutant Ogrin and tried to do that... and failed. I don't know how to explain it, but there this strange conformity (for lack of a better word) that makes it work for the Ogrin (parts of its body share a pattern, the mismatched body parts sort of blend into one another if you follow the body, etc.). But the Mutant Vandagyre just throws things together with little to no reason. It's mostly a furry gremlin except parts of it are made of leafs and suddenly has tentacles for tails. Sad that we finish the Mutant Colour with this, then again the Mutant Colour is such a wide concept you could probably break it down into categories ( I did) and continue making mutants...
