Jonathon does a double take at the sketches wall at her question, answering while looking, "I, uh, I'm not sure if one's up there..." He stands and walks closer to the wall, scanning it and doing his level best to find out for sure. This is what happens when you never learn how to say "no." "These are all just examples, for anyone who might be interested, but uh, in case one of your characters isn't up here, I could make sure you do get one?" The girl dressed as a witch looks slightly embarrassed. "Oh, they're examples, I thought we were supposed to take one of the already completed sketches, sorry for the confusion. I would appreciate it if you could see to it. Thank you." "Oh no no, it's okay!" Jonathon quickly explains, reassuringly putting up his hands. "I can make sure there is one for you though. You'd like Ink, you said?"

This is a person. She has an extremely lazy Halloween costume. In fact, you're pretty sure it's the Halloween costume she'd used when she was just a wee child. One problem... she's not five years old, she's actually in her twenties... and you're pretty sure those are just scraps of Superman's outfit over her work clothes. You're not sure if she's trying to live the spirit of Halloween... or just trying to relive her childhood. "Well..." she says after Jonathan's meek "Happy Halloween!" "Trick or treat, I guess--but since we're past that already... I guess... I don't like candy as much as I used to, and instead have developed a taste for art, so I would prefer that." "O-okay, that's okay!" Jonathon quickly sets aside the bowl of candy, "I can get you some art if you want! N-not me, but someone else can draw anything you want. I'll be sure to tell her for you." "Someone else?" the twenty-something asks. "Oh... I don't quite know what I want, to be honest. I don't think I'm in quite the mood for anything funny; for some reason I feel a flair for the dramatic! Your friend is quite charitable to be doing these!" (idk how to say anything without breaking character twillie soweee)

"Oh, uh, that's okay!" Jonathon insists, giving a small reassuring smile (whether for his guest or himself, the world may never truly know), "Even if you don't know exactly what you want, something can still get made! And dramatic, you say? I'm sure that can be done!" The side of his mouth twitches slightly at the last thing they say. "Ah, yes, 'friend.' I'm starting to question that, though; not sure if a real friend would've stuck me out here all alone like this." You're good! Even if you want to drop me a note here or with a direct message, that works too! :3 By the sounds of it, it's a surprise with a more dramatic tone?
(also, sorry for late response, I forgot to recheck this thread today xD;

(also, sorry for late response, I forgot to recheck this thread today xD; "That's wonderful!" says the trick-or-treater. She smiles and gives Jonathan a thumbs-up. "Dramatic and serious is right up my alley! I am, after all, getting a fair bit of fun shenanigans tonight, and I need to mix it up, you know?" She smiles at Jonathan's skepticism over the status of his friendship. "Oh, don't worry, I usually operate doors every Halloween--ever since my mom could make me, I've been doing it. It's not altogether terrible--and besides, it's fun seeing everbody's costumes!" yeahyeah, basically. i'd strongly prefer not having any RPG characters too, if you can help that. ..

"Great, sounds good then." Jonathon gives her a small smile in return. "And yeah, sometimes you want something more serious after a lot of comedy." He clears his throat for a moment, and then continues, "Yeah, the costumes are interesting at least. I'm glad I wasn't forced into anything demeaning this year." He glances at his own attire for a brief moment, which did not differ from his usual fashion. "What got you trick-or-treating instead of handling door duty this year?" "Friend, you zhould not be zad! The accent of the newcomer throws Jonathon off for just a moment, but he quickly adjusts, recognizing it as similar to the vampires of the Haunted Woods. He hopes these ones are a little more friendly. "Uh, yeah, uh good 'raptor' costume." So that's what it was. "And yeah, take what you'd like! Is candy all you'd like for tonight?"

The young man and his ghostly companion walk up the pathway towards the house, stepping around (or simply phasing through) the scattered candy on the porch. It appears that this house has already seen quite a bit of action this night... "Happy Halloween," the young man replies. "Some candy does sound nice, thank-you." He took a few pieces from what was left in the bowl. "My name's Audo, by the way; and this is Clarence," he added, nodding over to the ghost. "I... heard something about art?" he said, once all the other guests had been attended to. "I mean, I was sent here - sort of - by someone about that; at least, I assume that's what the mysterious paper I found in my pocket that wasn't there before was all about. ...The note, that is; not the pocket," he clarified. "But you know..." he said, looking over the request scribbled on the paper, "Whoever got me this should know I really wouldn't let something like that come to be, so..." He takes the paper, and tears it into tiny pieces, before throwing it in the air and letting it rain down like confetti. "If she wanted something specific, she should have come herself," he replied smugly. But then, he seemed to realize he was standing there without a request. "...Err. As for something else, I uh... I may have to get back to you on that," he added sheepishly. I said I as gonna reply here, and darnit, I'm gonna reply. >>; (But of course, Twillie, no obligation to reply! x3; (...and also Audo will be picking up those pieces of paper, no worries there.)
(As for an art request uhhhhhhh I may have to get back to you on that, or you don't have to draw one at all! \ o / I'm cool with whatever. x3; ))

"Oh, hi," Jonathon says a little surprisedly at the newcomer, "Sure, take all you'd like. I don't think I have any ghost friendly candy, though, I'm sorry. We weren't expecting any tonight, I don't think." He lifts the candy bowl a bit more for him. Were he in Neopia, the ghost friend "And I-I'm Jonathon. Have you had a good night so far?" The man named Audo mentioned art, perking Jonathon's attention. "Yeah, not me, but my friend can get you a sketch of anything you like! But-- o-oh..." Jonathon watches as the bits of paper slowly trail down to the ground, joining the pieces of spilled candy. "If you don't know what you'd like, that's okay! Sometimes candy can be enough." He gives a small smile and a reassuring shrug. Twillie The vampire nods. "I am zinking zo. Oh, and vould be liking to vizh you happy Halloveentime. Taking the small gift, Jonathon gives it a careful look to see just what it is. He can't say he's ever seen something quite its shape and appearance, and he can't help but stare wordlessly for a moment just to take it in. The small spooky face on it is a cute extra touch. "Thanks for the treat." He gives a smile to his visitors. "And please, feel free to take anymore candy you'd like." No worries, you're not obligated to ask for anything if you'd rather not! :3 Thanks for stopping by the house ^^ And aww, thanks, no problem!
Also awww, I'm sure Jonathon loves his new lightbulb friend! =D He's never seen anything like it before, so neat looking =o
