This is such a cool picture and a nice idea, thanks for doing it! I especially love Zen with the little lights, and Tabitha doing karaoke, which is just a hilarious mental image in itself. xD

Haha, aw I didn't even think at the time of the inevitable fireworks when volunteering Mary xD Poor thing, must be like a dog on New Year's that won't stop barking at all the Threatening Loud Noises xDD
Thanks for doing the pic, it looks great seeing all these eclectic characters come together for one drunk party! Those are some fancy fireworks you got going, and I'm curious, how'd you make the snow texture?

D< I made the snow texture using this watercolor brush pack for GIMP. Then a bunch of different shades of white, grey, and blue. The fireworks were a bit of a project, and took six filters and three layers to make look right. XD |

Daawww I love it!! Everyone is bonding so sweetly ^.^ Tabitha and Sieggy singing together was a meta-thing I'd particularly been looking forward to! Kudos on the fence, that must have taken some patience, and also on the snow and the shadows on it! I particularly like the snow on the potted plant in the background, I find it adds realism to the scene. (And yes Zenith totally makes small cute sparklers, 100% guaranteed scary-noise-free.) *casually quotes your post so that the image appears as many times as possible, hehe* |

I've already expressed my love for this on Discord, but I want to give some more in-depth commentary. As everyone has mentioned before, the fireworks are gorgeous and look really realistic. They must have taken a ton of time. Same for the snow. All the detail as well is fantastic. You have clearly put a lot of time into this. I do love everyone here. They are all having fun in their own ways (except Mary. Poor Mary. Scary boom noises cannot be good for a blind creature) and everyone's personalities shine through nicely. Sieg and Tabitha singing is something I never knew I wanted until now, and I think it's perfect (I also love her outfit. It's so pretty and stylish. Something she would definitely wear.) It is such a cute picture, and weirdly, I can almost feel the cold coming off it. Looking at it though, I cannot help but wonder how Markus would react if he knew he had his arm around a terrifying sea beast. x3 ( Tiger?) |

X3 I knew as soon as you put Tabitha up that I wanted her doing drunken Karaoke, and given her proclivity for singing anyway, I figured even if she only got a little bit tipsy it wouldn't take much convincing to get her to sing with Sieg. xD Lawl, Sieg has a good voice; Tabitha would happily do it sober. But the alcohol helps her be less "opera singer" and more normal, so she is not blasting out anybody's eardrums. |

Seconded that you did a great job on things like lighting and textures and visual effects - the lighting I'm super impressed by, I'm realizing how hard that is to do these days! XD Also gotta love all the detail and interactions, everybody looks great!! (And I already said, but I love Markus' outfit - a shame he's about to slop a drink all over it XDD) Celestial, he informs me he would check to make sure it is a friendly terrifying seabeast - and once that's confirmed, back to party business as usual BD Bigotry isn't very chivalrous, after all! |

In any case, Dion would be only too eager to coax him into some suitably drunken dancing (dancing! is! fun! when! you are! a slightly intoxicated seabeast!), which is not something a Nasty Terrifying Seamonstrosity would do!
