Lost City Lanes tips:Your main goal is trying to collect the gems & flags in addition to getting strikes/spares. Gems give you points, flags automatically knock down the pins. Here's how you should prioritize things, separating by turns of a set/round.
- If it's the first turn of a set and the flag is the first power-up or you can't get any gems without missing the flag, get the flag. A strike is worth more points than any bonus points you'll get.
- If it's the first turn of a set and you can collect some gems without losing a chance at the flag than try to get the gems. It's not a big loss if you don't, they just help. Your focus is the flag.
- If it's the first turn of a set and there's no flag but there are gems, focus on the gems.
- If you go to a second turn of a set and you're sure you can get the spare without needing the flag, go for the gems. If you don't think you'll be able to get the spare, follow the above rules: flag priority, gems second priority if you can.
The other power-ups you won't really end up needing or using (though they do give you an extra 10 points if you collect them). But after the third level I had the points I needed and never needed to bother with the speed tracks (I did have a wall obstacle but I was able to get around that, especially after destroying it with a bomb (you can also get rid of obstacles with the destroy ball)).
I also suggest reading through JN's guide and watching the video of someone playing it if you need further help.

I don't think I've ever seriously played Lost City Lanes before, but it's actually pretty fun!

I'm starting to think Chadley's a total pushover. :T
This was pretty easy and kinda fun for me. ^^ I wish I was this good at actual bowling. The skull leggings are pretty cool and you can't go wrong with a bone fence.

I've never played this game but I really enjoyed it. Brought back good memories of the 2009 NTWF meetup when we all went bowling. x3
I just wish you could control bowling balls IRL when they're rolling like you could do here.

My fave powerups are the flag and the angry red Machu Pichu ball. The latter blows through all obstacles like an Aztec Hulk (although knowing the Aztecs, if they had a Hulk that'd be terrifying).
Also thank whatever in my computer (probably the outdatedness of flash and chrome sucking up my memory) made the game super laggy so the powerup meter went really slow as did the rolling LOL!

This game kept throwing me off by not following normal bowling conventions. XD I'm throwing as hard as I can, what more do you want from me? What do you mean I can make the ball jump? That said, this was my first time playing and I still beat Chadley's score into the ground. Git gud, Chadley.

So, I just took out my previous best of 1390 by a mere 15 points in this game. Said score is also being reviewed, although, just looking at the high score table, I should be fine.

Toy Box Escape Tip:Watch & follow the video.Or you can trial and error it, Chadley's score is low enough. The difficult part of today's challenge would be finding a partner, and even that isn't difficult, especially with a stamp on the line.

Yeah, I'm challenging Chadley again... I played this game all the time when I was younger. Anybody wanna team up with me? I have my score ready to send. EDIT: I think I got myself a partner.

Although the Uni ramp used to creep me out, for some reason. LOL! Well it's kind of random. All the others it's a natural trait of the Neopet: Mynci can climb, Scorchio breath fire, Shoyru can jump, Kougra can dig, etc.. Now the ramp sort of makes sense, like a Uni's trait would probably be something like giving a Neopet a lift up by letting the Neopet ride it or it bending down. It transmuting into a ramp is a bit freaky.
