Day 17 (Winter Party) ANIMATION: What is Sasha doing in Terror Mountain? I mean, there's no reason why she couldn't go to Terror Mountain I suppose, and it is the home world of Cybunnies. But she just randomly appears, like the misery of the Baby Kacheek (where are your parents?) caused her to magically appear and take it to someplace warm and it can have fun during the cold winter.
Eitherway its a cute animation outside the questions (and to be fair there were some animations TNT made that was like that with random cameos). I can also relate a bit to it, not only has it gotten real cold around here but we just got our first snow (that stuck) of the winter. It's not a lot, I think just a couple of inches, but it's still cold.
GIFTS: Oh, baby clothing! It looks alright, though I imagine for owners of male Baby Neopets they wished it was a more neutral color like purple. They also remembered to make the guitar an instrument.

Kind of lolwot in how immature the faeries are here, but it's at least nice to see Kari again after years of Topsi stealing her spotlight. |

Day 18 (Faerie's Day Out) ANIMATION: An entertaining animation. I actually do like it when they show the Faeries behaving like actual characters. Fyora tries to spend some time with a few of her sisters and, well, it goes as well as you expect when you have a group of different personalities (especially when two of them are Jhudora and Illusen).
Speaking of Illusen, why was she in Terror Mountain with Kari when she got the letter? Wouldn't it make more sense if it was Taelia and Kari? Heck, they could have even quickly set up the two are squabbling at the moment since it seems odd the two are at each others throats suddenly.
Also, did anyone else notice the imprint of a person's face over the fireplace? Who is that? Adam?

That definitely came out of nowhere as I don't think Kari and Taelia had that type of relationship before. Other than the fact that both come from Terror Mountain, it's not a strong connection. |

I did look it up, and in the Book of Ages there is at least one quote from Kari where she says "Hmph! Taelia should know better than to make fun of my Neggs. Anyway, this poor little Petpet needs help getting down the mountain. You should help it. Roll it in lots of snow so it's nice and comfy, and if you happen to roll over Taelia on the way down, no complaints from me!"
Chances are that's where they're getting it. |

Unrelated to any animation that has premiered so far or one that has yet to premiere, I think it would be awesome if there was an animation relating to our NT collabs this year. Mysteries, Conspiracies, and Secrets, Wraithland, Dreams and Nightmares, Ghosts and Monsters.  That would make for an interesting animation. Just a random thought I had while on Neopets. While I do not think that would happen, it would be pretty cool. |

Chances are that's where they're getting it. Good catch, but still that's only a small squabble between the two. There's a story from the Neopets Magazine which illustrates that Taelia and Kari are on good terms, Taelia sometimes visiting her when there's no quester and she's done with her chores. |

*HAPPY FLAIL* Jazan and the Nightsteed, my Advent Calendar is now complete and they can spend the rest of the month showing a three-second gif of meepits on repeat for all I care.
Really you'd think that the Qasalans would have more respect for who I thiiink is the king's top advisor, but then again they'll probably spend the next few centuries being touchy about mummies.
And that's a lot of loot, including NC stuff. Have we ever actually gotten this many items for one day before? |
